It’s a scam!
I recently stayed at the VH Eurostar Tirana Hotel Congress & Tirana Spa, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize customer service or cleanliness.
To start, the room was filthy. There were no towels, and we found bugs in the sheets, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Despite having booked a package that included parking, dinner, and breakfast, we were told at reception that this was incorrect and that we would have to pay extra. This was a blatant bait-and-switch tactic.
The air conditioning in our room was broken, and we spent the night freezing. To make matters worse, the blanket provided had chinches, which was incredibly unhygienic and unacceptable. When we attempted to address these issues, we were met with hostility. The hotel demanded a mandatory cash deposit of 100€, which was never mentioned beforehand.
When we voiced our concerns and requested to file a complaint, the staff responded with threats and aggressive behavior. We asked to speak to the reception chief, and a man arrived, speaking aggressively in Albanian, falsely claiming to be the chief. It turned out he was just the maintenance guy, who then attempted to fix the air conditioning at 1 AM. By this time, it was already impossible to get any sleep.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The combination of poor service, dirty rooms, and the staff's aggressive behavior made it an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
They charged us 10€ for the parking that was supposed to be for free and in the entrance of the Peking it cost 4€ the whole day. Really a scam.
This is all fault of Trip.com that offer rooms in hotels without condition agreement and any service support . I am asking for the return of my money as the experience was not what I booked as I reserved in trip.com with parking ,dinner and breakfast paying more for these services

The hotel is living on past glory if there was any,
The room I booked was not what was given, staff at night front desk terribly rude. Room had a fan fitted with a bowl of water, never seen such in my life. Ac not working, pool and sauna not working ,Spa is a total disaster .
The hotel had no security, someone came knocking on my door, I was so scared,I called the front desk, and the intercom was not working. The next morning, I asked the morning front desk to check who came knocking on my door.
They do not have any cameras, and the camera on the corridors are dummy's. Security is zero , and life is not safe in the hotel.
The hotel should be closed down.
Trip .com should show reviews to prevent others from having such terrible experiences I am yet to recover. The stationed non rotating fan had dust entered my nose and throat. I have not been able to breathe well, plus the panic attack I had woken out of sleep in the middle of the night with someone knocking my door for more than 15 minutes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel service. I stayed 2 nights there with no air conditions. Each time I ask the receptionist to fix it they claim that they will call for a technician, who never showed up till the end of our stay. Food at breakfast was so cheaply packed. Suger water claimed as “orange juice” smelly “scrambled” eggs. Last but not least, we had to pay 8€/pp to get access to the sauna and the pool. Their we found another surprise, a lot of dead flies were swimming beside us in the pool. When we asked the responsible of the pool about it, she said that she has communicated this information already “many times” to the hotel supervisor/manager, but they never reacted to it.
Finally, while checking out , I mentioned all this problems we had during our stay and all he replied was “sorry for that!!!”
Zero experience in handling such a business and it’s customers. Few people were smiling to our face. Albania deserve more hospitable people to welcome its guests :(
No cumplieron con las condiciones, tenía fruta de bienvenida que no me dieron, me aplicaron una tasa de cambio antes de pagar con tarjeta muy superior al mercado. Incluso entró gente desconocida a mi habitación porque también se la habían dado. Una experiencia horrible y un hotel que no recomiendo a nadie.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, era horrible el calor que hacía en la habitación. Avisamos en recepción iba a venir un supuesto técnico que jamás llegó

La chambre n’était pas forcément ce qu’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 4* (murs abîmés et tachés) mais fait parfaitement l’affaire pour une nuit, et permet un accès rapide au centre ville (7-10min à pied)

O atendimento precisa evoluir muito e lidar com pessoas. A comida é muito boa. A estrutura está pedindo socorro. As cerâmicas da piscina vão junto de nossos pés.

O hotel não tinha a minha reserva ativa e tive que pagar mais 65€ para ter um quarto no edifício em frente.
Tive assim que pagar não o que o Trip.com referiu mas uma reserva nova mais cara.

Não voltarei a reservar nada com Trip.com perdi o valor da reserva

Disguidi all'accettazione, letto trovato con biancheria fuori posto tovaglie da bagno per bambini infine l'agenzia mi diceva con colazione inclusa e loro all'inizio rifiutata concessa dopo insistenza. Sono rimasto per il bisogno altrimenti recedevo la prenotazione.

Riesiger Schmutz Trip und Hotel
Das sind nur Lügen was Trip anbietet, wir haben das Hotel für 2 Personen und 176.fr drei Nächte gebucht,
Dann sind wir im Hotel angekommen und dann fing das CAOS an, kamen um 23: 30 Uhr bei der Repsetion an, dann sagten sie, dass sie keine freien Zimmer hätten und wir für 3 Nächte Steuern vom Hotel zusätzlich 250euro bezahlen müssten, dann kam er mit dem,der hotel gegen über sei der gleiche Hotel und dort einen zimmer frei ist nach 2 stunden, dann brachten sie uns in ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und mega klein und stinkend das Zimmer und nicht sauber, sie boten uns das für eine Nacht an und dann bekommen wir für 2 Nächte eine Suite die wir auch bekommen. Aber der Manager des Hotels hat versprochen, dass wir die 50euro am nächsten Tag zurückbekommen, aber der Manager war nicht mehr zu finden, da wir eine Nacht in dem Lochzimmer geschlafen haben,
