The hotel is recommendable, both for singles and families with children. Ideally located between the mountains and the sea. Delicious food, varied menu every day. Insane desserts 😍 Full of animations for children. The hotel organizes fantastic time for everyone, games, fun, competitions, pilates, volleyball and much more, learning samba. Every evening new attractions for guests, surprising with great performances. Phenomenally conducted events and attractions by Manager Bora, who was able to encourage fun until the morning. The music that accompanied us during the holidays was conducive to relaxation. Choosing Turkey - this is the perfect place. I heartily recommend. Greetings and kisses from Poland❤️😘

My family and I had vacation in this hotel end of August. Overall, our stay was alright. The best part for us was service in restaurants. We would like to emphasise a great job of waitress Melek - she is very professional and positive. However, during our stay we had unpleasant experiences with receptionists. Surprisingly our issue with room (in the beginning of our stay) was not tried to be solved and after insisting, receptionist “solved” the issue in an unfriendly manner. In overall our experience with receptionists during the stay was disappointing. Therefore, if you are looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel like a special guest, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is placed on good location, it's clean and well managed. Rooms: clean, I've had problem with water leaking from shower cabin, but it didn't bother us. Food: Tasty, maybe not much variety of food, but tasty. Who likes Turkish and middle eastern cuisine, he'll be very pleased with food. Beach: To narrow, but nice. It could be crowded on beach and in sea. Playgrounds: I have two kids (6 and 8 years old) and they were very satisfied with basketball court (change the balls please, they are bad), tennis court, pools, and aqua park. Service: Very good, and very professional. Great hotel for families with kids. Nice gardens, and nice playgrounds. We were very satisfied, and our kids were thrilled.

Öncelikle özel ilgilerinden dolayı Şinasi Bey ve Murat Şahin Bey'e, en ufak sıkıntımızı bile çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturan Özgür Bey'e, animasyondan İlhan, Bora ve Dasha'ya, girişte bizleri çok sıcak bir şekilde karşılayan Ebru Hanım ve Abdullah Bey'e çok teşekkür ederim. Çok güzel anılarımız oldu, tekrardan gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebileceğim bir tesis. Eylül ya da Ekim ayında tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz. Unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattıkları için Club Otel Phaselis Rose ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz.

we were with two small children, everything was perfect. Many activities for children and families. The food was good, with varieties of fish or meat, and nonalcoholic drinks were on the machine (not in glass bottles).I would recommend it, for the price was perfect. The staff didn't know English but they were kind and called someone who speak English to talk with you. The water park was perfect 100% and the sea very clear.

I liked the hotel. Among the advantages: good beach: large, a lot of space and sunbeds (comfortable and not old), comfortable entry; the contingent of vacationers is mostly adequate: mostly Europeans (Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Turks), it's very pleasant; green, blooming and well-kept territory; wonderful employees at the reception, in the restaurant, in the spa, and those who monitor cleanliness (the rooms and the territory are very clean!!!) and especially in the children's club, they are very attentive to children (my little ones were delighted); a variety of European-style food with national (Turkish), which adds more taste; the musical accompaniment is quite neutral...the music of world artists sounds near the pools; interesting evening shows, it was interesting for both children and adults; liked the services of the photographers, made a nice photo as a memory, found an approach to children. Of the disadvantages: the lack of a canopy in the children's club, the sun burns there all day and it is difficult for children to play outside, at the same time they don't want to sit indoors on vacation...and I heard such a complaint from many parents...it would be nice if they made at least a mesh canopy; and I also saw in the promo video that there were trampolines in previous years...we were not lucky to find them this year, but it's a cool idea and it would be great if they implemented it again; there is also no shade along the pathways... at least from the trees... it is difficult to go to the beach from the main building, especially for small children and old men; I don't like russian music, that they played in the evening ... it would be better if they played world classics (for example Queen or Jackson), or something modern Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Sam Smith... and others; breakfast could be a little more varied...croissants were served only a few times, there were no waffles, you could add French toast and something sweet (cakes, donuts or at least sweet rolls). In general, thank you for a good vacation and I wish you to get better every year and continue to please and pleasantly surprise your guests!!!

The overall experience was super pleasant, the staff was always professional, everything was always clean. Entertainment programs were fun: beach volleyball, water polo and other during the day and music show or other themed shows in the evening. And the food was great as well

We have rested at this place this month and I'd like to say that everything is perfect in this hotel: accommodation, beach, sea, food, service. I am already looking forward to come back!!! As everybody is trying to create the atmosphere of maximum comfort and relaxation for you here. Food and drinks are irreproachable (including kids' menu and diet menu) and the choice is great. Kids' zone in the restaurant is lovely. Little children like to have meals there on small chairs at small tables😊 and they are able to choose a dish themselves. It's really cool! Tea in the main restaurant is the best tea ever! There's always much food any time you come, enough space both on the beach and in the restaurant. Rooms are well stocked, cleaned and restocked every day (water, tea, shower gel, hair conditioner, shampoo, soap, shower caps, cotton buds and pads, etc). Direct connection with reception is available 24/7, all issues are solved instantly. Almost all personnel is quite careful and friendly and their patience is unlimited😀 Dear Merve, you are just superior manager😘🙏You took into account my wishes until the very last day. Special thanks to General Manager of Phaselis Rose for conception🙏🙏 If you don't mind😆 it'll be such a pleasure for us to come next year. Отдыхали здесь в этом месяце, и я хочу сказать, что в этом отеле безупречно всё: проживание, пляж, море, еда, сервис. Я уже хочу вернуться сюда!!! Здесь все стараются создать для вас атмосферу максимального комфорта и отдыха. Еда безупречная, всё очень вкусно, выбор просто огромный (чай в главном ресторане лучший из того, что мы когда-либо пробовали) и её много в любое время, пустых кастрюль не видели ни разу. Особенно удобно, что есть детское меню и диетическое. Бесподобный детский уголок в ресторане, маленькие дети хотели есть именно там, отдельно, на маленьких стульчиках за маленькими столиками😊 и могли сами выбрать себе еду. Это очень классно! Вообще места в ресторане много, так же как и на пляже. При полной загруженности отеля всегда есть и свободные лежаки и столики. В номерах есть всё необходимое, убирают и пополняют запасы каждый день (вода, чай, гель для душа, кондиционер для волос, шампунь, мыло, шапочки для душа, ватные диски и палочки и т.д.). Прямая связь с ресепшн прямо из номера 24/7, все вопросы решаются практически моментально. Почти весь персонал достаточно внимательный и дружелюбный и их терпение безгранично😀 Дорогая Мерве, вы просто лучший менеджер😘🙏 учитывали мои пожелания до самого последнего дня. Мы очень благодарны уважаемому генеральному менеджеру Phaselis Rose 🙏🙏 Если вы не будете против😆, мы с удовольствием приедем в следующем году.

This hotel along my holiday i was excallant. From animation crew Serkan and Murat were so care and good men. Also from barmen Zülfikar was so talent man. Zülfikar made for me cocteil things i havent heard. And those cocteils was so perfect. Thanks Serkan, Murat and Zülfikar for cares
