Ravan Resort Tangalle

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht hier. Der BusBahnhof ist sehr nah, das Meer einfach eine Straße runter. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe und auch ein Einkaufsladen ist nicht weit entfernt. Alles was man braucht, hat man. Das Personal war sehr nett und half auch gerne weiter.

Отель в целом не плохой но есть шанс что вас поселят в совершенно другой тип номера , а не в тот который вы забронировали. Персонал ссылался что у них овербукинг и вариантов нет. Мы бронировали на Trip.com номер люкс в отдельно стоящем бунгало, а получили в основном корпусе, где шумоизоляции нет, комары, не исправная сантехника и постоянный шум от насоса который закачивает воду. Цена не высокая но рисковать отдыхом и жертвовать комфортом я бы не стал.

Tasty food and frindly service.All types of foods are available like western menus sri lankan etc.The place is very close to tangalle beach and the town area. Rooms conditions are very good and all facilities are available.

My wife and I booked this hotel months ago to get one of the superior chalets for our stay. We were in Sri Lanka and a few days before this booking was to start I got a message from the Ravan to say there had been an overbooking error and we were being moved to a superior double with a private balcony and the price would be reduced appropriately. On arrival our superior double was probably the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom smells like an open sewer and our private balcony was the open corridor outside our room which had a couple of chairs, judging by the full ashtrays this was clearly smokers corner. When I said this was unacceptable they said they had another room to show me. This turned out to be a completely different hotel and I was expected to pay extra as this was more expensive. Again I refused. We were then left sitting in the corridor with our cases. I then had to run around looking for somewhere to stay. Not exactly what I planned. I would be very reluctant to take this hotels word for anything as even a confirmed booking is no guarantee.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to chef kanushka for the delicious meals and house keeping deemantha. Definitely recommend it for a one night stay and for a large group

Service was amazing had a lovely size clean chalet, with kettle, tv and a lovely shower bed was really comfortable and the boys could not do enough for you always checking if everything was ok the price for this standard was really reasonable

Lovely location with amazing staff. House keeping Mr. Deemantha and Chef Kanushka were amazing!! The place was hygenic and very well maintained, also the food was excellent. Mr. Indika, managing director and the crew were very friendly and provided us with everything needed to have a lovely stay.

My family and relations had a wonderful two nights stay at this place.The rooms and cabanas were indeed very clean and comfortable with a high privacy but also with the freedom of roaming. Special thanks to the friendly and polite Owner, the House Keeper-Deemantha for his excellent service provided to us and Chef Kanushka for preparing us hot and tasty meals.
