The hotel is in a Great location,staff couldn't be more helpful,room cleaned every day. I stayed 7 nights so wouldn't have minded every few days.

Thank you to all at The Castle for a perfect Wedding Day. Everyone involved worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran just as we had planned. The Wedgwood Suite looked amazing for the ceremony, reception and the evening celebrations....you all really took on board our wishes and nothing was ever too much trouble for you. We couldn't have wished for any more. We opted to use The Castles resident DJ, Mark. He was outstanding... a packed dancefloor from start to finish....without doubt, the icing on the cake. This hotel is definitely not what it looks like online, when you walk in looks like and smells old peoples home, room was that bad it’s looked very old and outdated the curtains were filthy it’s was freezing so we checked out straight away and got a full refund

When we first met with Mike we knew it was the perfect place for us. We are not ones for traditional wedding, we wanted to personalise it. Staff were always on hand to support us, from Mia & Taylor on reception, to Becky our master of ceremonies.

Lovely hotel big room nice bath room and plenty of tea and coffee available, lovely and clean. Nearby parking which hotel deal with once you give them your reg. Lovely and warm and quiet so you get a good nights sleep

This hotel is well located in the centre of Tamworth and right under the historic castle. there is car parking nearby with an arrangement with the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable and the issue with the fan in the bathroom was reported to the hotel so they could do something about it. it was surprisingly quiet for location.

We visited recently for an overnight stay (2 x adults, 1 x child) and while generally ok there are definitely some areas that could be improved on. We checked in just before 6pm on Sunday evening, the staff were flustered and unorganised. We weren't given any information about the Hotel or amenities adn after a long drive, were keen to get to the room and relax. The room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable, however we were a bit disappointed to find we would have to be sharing the double bed with our 3 year old! This made for an awkwards night sleep. In the morning we left around 9am - no staff to be seen anywhere so left the keys at the reception. Parking is a short stroll away, great for those visiting from out of town as we were.

We had our Wedding at The Castle Hotel and what a wonderful time we had the table decorations i gave them to use looked beautiful and the room looked gorgeous. They made everyone feel welcome and attention to detail was very good and the servers did an amazing job . We had lots of compliments from our friends and family about what a lovely time they had . I would recommend people to have their wedding there nothing is to much trouble for them . Mr and Mrs Glover
