The staff were very friendly. Both checking in and checking-out went smoothly. The room was clean. The only critique I could give is that the room was booked for four people, but there were only three towels and two wash clothes. Other than that it was great.

The hotel was nice. We arrived about 8:30 at night. The desk clerk was not at the desk and we waited about 10 mins before she came out of a back room. We ask about the “ restaurant “ which was advertised but is really a bar area in the lobby. She said it closed at 9. We took our suitcases to the room and came back about 5 mins later and it was closed. The desk clerk and the waitress at the restaurant the next morning were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant. The food was ok.

All the staff were excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I was made to feel welcome for my short stay. I wiuld recommend this facility to anyone traveling to the North Tampa Area.

Thee were barking dogs directly across from our room. The receptionist he’d tried to call the people who left their dogs to no avail. She immediately found us an acceptable room. Dogs

One room had a cockroach, the other room the usb wasn’t working, gave me the wrong room then fixed it, but checking out charged me for a suite when I was in a double bed room.

The staff were the worse staff ever to be the first face you see when entering the property. Drove all the way here for the host to accuse me of having a fake ID upon check in.

Sheets had sand on them. TV couldn’t receive several local channels. No hand lotion or soap in dispensers.
