The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

The Grand in Grand Hyatt hotel is very fitting, excellent location, service and amenities. Just a downside on the only way to the parking area which is via the elevator, it gets long queue esp when there is an event, hope they can look for ways to address this

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในเมโทรมะนิลาที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกชั้นยอดตั้งแต่ห้องออกกำลังกายไปจนถึงซาวน่า ห้องพักมีขนาดกำลังดีและสะอาดทุกอย่างทำงานได้ดี ฉันจะข้ามบุฟเฟ่ต์ตามฤดูกาลใด ๆ เพราะไม่คุ้มค่าเมื่อมาพักที่นี่ในวันคริสต์มาสที่แล้ว ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินในวันที่วุ่นวายอาจต้องปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นเพื่อให้ดำเนินการได้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้นและไม่ยุ่งยาก

อัปเกรดห้องสวีทแบบหนึ่งห้องนอนและหนึ่งห้องนั่งเล่นฟรี ห้องอพาร์ตเมนต์มีเครื่องซักผ้า ซักเสื้อผ้าได้หนึ่งคืน มาพร้อมเครื่องครัวที่เรียบง่ายสําหรับทําอาหารง่ายๆ เครื่องปรับอากาศมีเสียงดังเกินไป และผู้ที่มีความต้องการด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการนอนหลับสูง คุณต้องเลือกอย่างระมัดระวัง

When I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

บริการแผนกต้อนรับแย่มาก ไม่มีใครรับสายในครึ่งชั่วโมงมากกว่าสิบครั้งและไม่มีที่อยู่ห้องที่ชัดเจน แผนกต้อนรับไม่รู้วิธีติดต่อ เป็นการเสียเวลาของลูกค้าและส่งผลต่ออารมณ์อย่างร้ายแรง อพาร์ทเมนท์ที่แย่เช่นนี้จะส่งผลต่อชื่อเสียงของ Ctrip!
