Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was immaculate, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, from the complimentary breakfast to the well-equipped fitness center. The convenient location made exploring the area hassle-free. Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Every is good. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The location is best for traveler who arrive at the airport late at night. It has a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel. You will never get lost for sure. Once you arrive at the airport and pick your bag from the baggage claims, you will see a signpost to the hotel. Super convenient and safe. (Unfortunately, I visit this hotel when there’s kind of construction so the water is affected and unclean at that time. But I know if I visit here again at the right time, it will be very best experience)

The hotel itself is in a very safe part of town and they have overnight security that drives the parking lot to make sure your vehicle is safe. I will say that the shower was not clean and had hair in it. Also, the sink was very clogged. I had to ask twice for them to come service it. By then, it was time to check out. Also, I requested extra towels with the front desk, in person, never got them. So I’ll say that the service is not the best. Otherwise, it’s safe and clean (outside of the shower and sink).

Renovations were pleasant. Updated rooms with working air conditioning. Coffee, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. Darkening draperies are a plus. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and sausages. Without labeling, not sure if the sausage was pork or turkey, though. Also cereals, yogurts, packaged baked assortments, and several juices. Other amenities included a Coca-Cola machine with a selection of grab-and-go items for purchase.

This hotel had everything. It was in a great location, the people were friendly, had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the room was perfect. Definitely a good choice if you’re staying in this area.
