I had a great stay at Seda BGC from 17–25 May. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to Bonifacio High Street, restaurants, shops, and business offices within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the bed was comfortable for a longer visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Seda BGC provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting BGC.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

We loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The unit is conveniently located near malls and offers a breathtaking view that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was definitely worth every penny, and we would gladly recommend it to our family and friends. We look forward to staying here again! 😊

การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่ค่อยสบายเท่าไหร่นัก ห้องพักเสียงดังมากจากถนน เพราะประตูระเบียงเก็บเสียงได้แย่มาก คืนแรกเราแทบไม่ได้นอนเลย ถึงแม้ภายหลังจะมีการแก้ไขเรื่องการเก็บเสียงแล้ว แต่ก็ยังไม่เงียบสนิทอยู่ดี เช้าวันหนึ่งเจอแมลงสาบตัวใหญ่ตายอยู่ข้างเตียงภรรยาผม เคยมีครั้งหนึ่งพนักงานทำความสะอาดทำน้ำหกท่วมโต๊ะจนคอมพิวเตอร์ของผมเปียกไปหมดตอนผมกลับมาที่ห้อง คีย์การ์ดห้องก็มีแค่ใบเดียวสำหรับสองคน กาน้ำร้อนก็เสียอีก ต้องขอเปลี่ยนอันใหม่ ที่แย่ที่สุดคือมีกลิ่นเหม็นอับจากเครื่องปรับอากาศ ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือมีป้ายบอกค่าปรับ 10,000 เปโซสำหรับการสูบบุหรี่ในห้อง ทำให้ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ค้างจากแขกคนก่อนหน้า ผมไม่คิดว่าเราจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแล้ว ถึงแม้ว่าทำเลที่ตั้งจะสะดวกสบายก็ตาม แถมราคาก็ไม่สมกับคุณภาพที่ได้รับเลย

Positive: Keeps constant communication with me thru email. Security staff is helpful. Not so Positive: 1. Complimentary water, towels, toiletries, slippers, and bed were prepared for ONLY 2 Persons. I booked the room for 3 PEOPLE. My daughter slept on the couch on the first night since we cant find a proper mattress cover and blanket. On the second night, we shared our bed blanket for her mattress cover and all 3 of us had no blankets still. We used our jackets and other clothings to keep us from getting cold. Sleep WAS NOT comfortable. 3. A certain odor wafts from the bathroom drain. Sometimes it gets so strong it spreads to the living room. Overall stay: Average

The place was clean and nice, good location and view! The stay was good, comfortable bed and I had all necessities. Just to know: The pool is not good…super cold, nobody rests there. Gym seemed ok. I couldn’t order breakfast (trip.com had info that breakfast is available for additional payment). And there is no storage room for a luggage.
