"The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!"

"พอเดินเข้าห้องก็เช็คทันทีว่าห้องสะอาดและดูแลรักษาดีไหม แต่พื้นฝุ่นเยอะจนไม่มีรองเท้าแตะให้ใส่ พอเข้าห้องน้ำก็เจออ่างอาบน้ำ มีคราบสกปรกและคราบมันไหลลงมาจากปั๊มอะไรสักอย่าง แล้วก็ขอบกระเบื้องรอบห้องอาบน้ำก็ดูไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ไม่ได้ใช้กระดาษทิชชู่เลย โดยรวมห้องดูดีมาก โซฟากับแอร์ก็เย็นจนหนาว ส่วนที่ชอบมากคือฝั่งเครื่องสำอางที่มีกระจกแต่งหน้า ทีวีรับสัญญาณได้ดี พนักงานเป็นมิตร อนุญาตให้แขกเข้าได้ แต่จำกัดเฉพาะเวลาพักเท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี แต่เนื่องจากความสะอาดไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ เลยต้องรีวิวแบบตรงไปตรงมา อีกอย่าง ราคาก็ถูกเกินไปสำหรับการพัก 1 คืนสำหรับ 2 คน ซึ่งถือว่าไม่แพงเลย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ"
