The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

We loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The unit is conveniently located near malls and offers a breathtaking view that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was definitely worth every penny, and we would gladly recommend it to our family and friends. We look forward to staying here again! 😊

This is an excellent place to stay at Venice Grand Mall. From the balcony one looks down on the canal with the gondolas floating along guiding by the colourfully dressed gondaliers. Ali, the host, was prompt and so helpful - the apartment being set up so well. Additional facilities (pool etc) were easy to use and so clean. I would also recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore BGC.

พอเดินเข้าห้องก็เช็คทันทีว่าห้องสะอาดและดูแลรักษาดีไหม แต่พื้นฝุ่นเยอะจนไม่มีรองเท้าแตะให้ใส่ พอเข้าห้องน้ำก็เจออ่างอาบน้ำ มีคราบสกปรกและคราบมันไหลลงมาจากปั๊มอะไรสักอย่าง แล้วก็ขอบกระเบื้องรอบห้องอาบน้ำก็ดูไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ไม่ได้ใช้กระดาษทิชชู่เลย โดยรวมห้องดูดีมาก โซฟากับแอร์ก็เย็นจนหนาว ส่วนที่ชอบมากคือฝั่งเครื่องสำอางที่มีกระจกแต่งหน้า ทีวีรับสัญญาณได้ดี พนักงานเป็นมิตร อนุญาตให้แขกเข้าได้ แต่จำกัดเฉพาะเวลาพักเท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี แต่เนื่องจากความสะอาดไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ เลยต้องรีวิวแบบตรงไปตรงมา อีกอย่าง ราคาก็ถูกเกินไปสำหรับการพัก 1 คืนสำหรับ 2 คน ซึ่งถือว่าไม่แพงเลย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ

The view from the room on the top floor was beautiful. It was only a minute's walk to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.
