The room itself was wonderful, perfect for kids with the separate rooms with lots of space. Our ironing board broke upon use. Turning the corner to go to the bathroom the shelf above the toilet sticks out a little too far and three out of five of us hit our heads on it entering the bathroom. Leaving we had to pay for parking which was a bit of a disappointment after breakfast was not continental and a quite over priced. Overall the staff was friendly and the rooms were decent.

Very loud party the night we stayed. In the room down the hall, in the hall, everywhere. People knocking on our door at 3am. Called the desk. No action. No fix. They need policies and the correct staff in place to handle out of control guests. We would never stay here again

The property and cleanliness and staff were great but the party down the hall until 4 in the morning should have been shut down way earlier and the crows outside the hotel started at first sign of light and there were thousands in the trees . Second time now that I’ve stayed there.

The parking situation is ridiculous. The place had so many renos and looks amazing at a glance but the shower had mould all around the bottom of it.

******* made a mistake with a date change on the hotel. Simon hotel assured me all was good and even upgraded my room to one with a view free of charge. Great stay, great prices, booked again.
