Surprising good and newly renovated hotel, everything is perfect. Located at a very nice and quiet area near the park, the hotel is designed to tailor for international travellers. The owners are taking lots attention to all details. Overall the experience in the city has been elevated by the good quality of this hotel.

В отеле очень классно после прогулки по городу отдохнуть возле бассейна, искупаться и покушать в ресторане. В ресторане прекрасно готовят, супчики в обед с горячей булочкой заряжают на целый день! Завтраки сытные, вкусные. Радует, что много сезонных фруктов: персики, абрикосы, нектарины, арбуз, дыня, груши, яблоки, клубника. Самса - просто БОМБА, особенно с кабачками, с курицей тоже прекрасная. Нигде в Узбекистане я не ела такую вкусную самсу - тесто тает во рту. Повару огромное спасибо! Прямо рядом с отелем находятся автобусные остановки, которые отвезут за 2000 сум по всем достопримечательностям по всему городу. Такси также прекрасно и дёшево ездит. Пешком, неспеша до площади Регистан около часа. По пути можно зайти в магазины, покушать в кафе

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options available in this price range in Samarkand.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Отель новый, свежий. Два туалета и душ. Большая спальня и во второй комнате раскладывается диван. Все чисто. Комплимент при заселении фрукты, халва, орешки. Стандарт чай/вода. Отель очень красивый, приветливый персонал. Хороший обзор и удобное расположение. К сожалению не успела сфотографировать номер. Жили в номере люкс 3 человека

โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมในแง่ของความบริสุทธิ์การบริการ อาหารเช้าดีมาก ทําเลสวย สถานที่เงียบสงบ หนึ่ง แต่))) ทําไมพวกเขานอนบนโซฟาที่แผนกต้อนรับไม่ได้ ครั้งแรกที่ฉันเจอแบบนี้))) และทุกอย่างก็เยี่ยมมาก ไปที่การประชุมของแขก!)

Расположение отличное. К сожалению не работало спа. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтрак приемлемый при полной загрузке персонал не успевает убирать столы.
