"Очень радушные хозяева и сотрудники на ресепшн, по приезду накормили завтраком и напоили кофе, хотя ещё не заселился. Завтраки кстати добротные, кофе и чаи вкусные. Номер большой, вид во внутренний двор, шума с улицы не слышно, а вот соседей слышно хорошо. Кондиционер работает на 5+. Отель расположен очень удобно по отношению к достопримечательностям, рядом продуктовый и вещевой рынки, остановка трамвая, на котром можно добраться до жд вокзала, а также остановка автобуса, на котром можно доехать до аэропорта."

"I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly."

"The rooms and amnesties were great! however, the hotel changed our booking to different room types without notifying us. Although we were happy with the new rooms, it seemed that their computer system also did not record the change properly. it took extra long for the staff to find our booking and check in."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was nourishing, the staff were super friendly and always asked me if I needed anything, the room was beautiful, and there was sufficient heating. I would come back to Samarkand just to stay here."

"We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!"

"We loved the ambience and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food and attentive service. Although the listing mentions a pool, we didn’t notice one during our stay. A sauna would be a nice addition to the gym. We truly hope the hotel can maintain its pristine standards — special kudos to the female staff member we saw meticulously cleaning the front exterior, brushing fallen leaves and even the red carpet. Breakfast was enjoyable but could be improved with a wider selection of protein or meat dishes. One small surprise was the charge for additional bottled water; had we known, we would have simply purchased water from the minibar. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, especially as the surrounding area is noticeably cleaner and quieter than the Registan area."
