This is a wonderful small boutique hotel located in a historical ditrict of samarkand (so called ”Russian Samarkand”). major sightseeings are not the next door.. but not far away... Personnel is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are adequately sized and have almost all the necessary amenities. They serve a plentiful and tasty breakfast buffet(unfortunately, some hot dishes turned out to be cold... hope that was a one-off case). in general - highly recommended hotel..

Красивый отель, внизу винный погреб, находится рядом с жд вокзалом, пешком 12 минут - это удобно! До центра города нужно ехать 20 минут на такси. Из минусов: холодно было, нет отопления в номере, ночью замерзли ! ! ! ( на улице было 10, соответственно в номере тоже холодно), окна на дорогу, слышимость ужасная! Слышно все, что на улице и в коридоре! Запах сигарет в номере! Похоже в номере курили, мы проветривали, но не выветрилось! Просили поменять номер, но нам отказали, сказали, что нет свободных номеров! Неприятно! Продлили номер на 6 часов за половину стоимости! Плюсы: в номере есть все, что заявлено и халат, почему-то один, хотя на двоих бронировала. Был сломан душ, оба душа (верхний дождь тоже) видимо засорились отверстия, и вода пошла сбоку, и так на обоих душах, очень неудобно мыться. Всего две подушки, хотелось бы 4. Плюсы: Нормальные завтраки, кофе из кофемашины. Красивый, в номера чисто и уютно. Есть гладильная доска с утюгом в коридоре. Удобные кровати.

I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Потрясающий отель! В нем всё на высшем уровне! Завтраки шикарные, всё везде чисто, красиво, сервис на высоте. С удовольствием бы еще там отдохнули.

one of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for sure. thanks again.

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Выбрали этот отель для празднования дня рождения. Ожидания превзошли действительность — отель новый, но уже какой-то потрёпанный. В номере не всё удобно: нет полок для хранения одежды, только плечики в шкафу. В ванной унитаз уже не выполнял многих функций. Свет в ванной плохой, тусклый. Окна панорамные, но очень грязные. Что понравилось: отличный завтрак — всё вкусное и большой выбор. Хороший бассейн. Сауна хорошо разогревается. Месторасположение, конечно, не для туристов, которые приехали смотреть Самарканд. Такси есть и недорогое, но приходилось ждать 20–30 минут. На несколько дней для разнообразия пожить можно. Холл отеля красивый, там есть банк, и курс обмена доллара был нормальным, что удобно. С днём рождения поздравили вкусным тортиком!

ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็สะดวกสบายมาก ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่คุณภาพสูง ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลสะดวกบนถนนที่เงียบสงบ เดินจาก Registan 10 นาที ห้องพักของเรากว้างขวาง มีสองห้อง พร้อมวิวลานภายในที่สวยงาม เจ้าหน้าที่เป็นมิตร พวกเขาติดต่อมาก่อนการเดินทางเพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดการมาถึง ในวันที่เดินทางมาถึงเราจองห้องซาวน่าพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำเป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง น้ำเย็นมาก ไม่สามารถว่ายน้ำได้นานๆ (เราไปเมื่อเดือนมกราคม) ค่าซาวน่าคิดชั่วโมงละ 100,000 บาทต่อคน ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำใช้ได้ฟรี หลังจากการเดินทางอันยาวนาน เราชอบตัวเลือกนี้ เราพบกับแขกโรงแรมคนอื่นเพียงตอนรับประทานอาหารเช้าเท่านั้น และนอกจากนั้นก็ไม่ได้ยินเสียงใครเลย ซึ่งส่วนตัวเราพอใจมาก ฉันอยากพักจากความวุ่นวายจริงๆ ข้อดีอีกประการของการไปพักผ่อนช่วงนอกฤดูกาลคือ อาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟในอาคารที่อยู่ติดกันบนชั้นล่างในรูปแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ตั้งแต่เวลา 7.00 น. ถึง 10.00 น. ทุกอย่างอร่อยมาก เบเกอรี่มากมาย ผลไม้ โยเกิร์ต แพนเค้ก ชีสเค้ก ไส้กรอกและชีสหลายประเภท ผลไม้แห้งและถั่ว พวกเขาทอดไข่ตามคำขอ และชงกาแฟ หลังจากรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่แสนอร่อยแล้ว เราก็รับประทานอาหารมื้อที่สองในตอนเย็น ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษแก่ Dilya ที่เธอปรุงอาหารทุกอย่างอย่างมีจิตวิญญาณและในสไตล์บ้านๆ ฉันเตรียมกล่องอาหารกลางวันให้พวกเรา เนื่องจากวันเดินทางเราไม่มีเวลาทานอาหารเช้า (เรามีเที่ยวบินเช้า) เราพอใจกับการเดินทางไปซามาร์คันด์ ฉันแนะนำโรงแรมนี้
