HHami NguyenThis guest house is a wonderful budget-friendly option in Samarkand. It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning.
For easier navigation or when booking a taxi, it’s best to search for “Bilol Hotel” on Google Maps.
Wishing this lovely guest house continued success and many more happy guests in the future!

Расположение недалеко от Гур Эмир, идти по бульвару минут 10-15 , рядом есть автобусные остановки в сторону Афросиаба и рынка
Номера симпатичные, все есть, были в не сезон в феврале, постояльцев мало, довольно тихо
В сезон думаю тихо не будет, вокруг кафешки, на первом этаже грузинский ресторан, где идёт гульба каждый вечер
Окна нашего номера выходили на летнюю терассу, где летом наверняка полно народу
В номере постоянно шумит вентиляция (мы с мужем спим в берушах, поэтому нам все равно)
Завтраки обычные, яйца, сосиски, булочки, сладости, сухофрукты
Приветливый персонал, говорят по русски
Мы уезжали в 4:30 утра, нам пообещали собрать ланч боксы в дорогу, но вышла осечка, недоработали

ผผู้เข้าพักWe are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

ผผู้เข้าพักНеплохой отель, новый и в нём всё как положено, пахнет и обслуживание на высоте. Рядом есть магазин. Находится он в пром зоне у «мкада» и прежде чем бронировать из-за аэропорта, посмотрите тот ли аэропорт.

AAlena_Zฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็สะดวกสบายมาก ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่คุณภาพสูง ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลสะดวกบนถนนที่เงียบสงบ เดินจาก Registan 10 นาที ห้องพักของเรากว้างขวาง มีสองห้อง พร้อมวิวลานภายในที่สวยงาม เจ้าหน้าที่เป็นมิตร พวกเขาติดต่อมาก่อนการเดินทางเพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดการมาถึง ในวันที่เดินทางมาถึงเราจองห้องซาวน่าพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำเป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง น้ำเย็นมาก ไม่สามารถว่ายน้ำได้นานๆ (เราไปเมื่อเดือนมกราคม) ค่าซาวน่าคิดชั่วโมงละ 100,000 บาทต่อคน ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำใช้ได้ฟรี หลังจากการเดินทางอันยาวนาน เราชอบตัวเลือกนี้ เราพบกับแขกโรงแรมคนอื่นเพียงตอนรับประทานอาหารเช้าเท่านั้น และนอกจากนั้นก็ไม่ได้ยินเสียงใครเลย ซึ่งส่วนตัวเราพอใจมาก ฉันอยากพักจากความวุ่นวายจริงๆ ข้อดีอีกประการของการไปพักผ่อนช่วงนอกฤดูกาลคือ อาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟในอาคารที่อยู่ติดกันบนชั้นล่างในรูปแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ตั้งแต่เวลา 7.00 น. ถึง 10.00 น. ทุกอย่างอร่อยมาก เบเกอรี่มากมาย ผลไม้ โยเกิร์ต แพนเค้ก ชีสเค้ก ไส้กรอกและชีสหลายประเภท ผลไม้แห้งและถั่ว พวกเขาทอดไข่ตามคำขอ และชงกาแฟ หลังจากรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่แสนอร่อยแล้ว เราก็รับประทานอาหารมื้อที่สองในตอนเย็น ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษแก่ Dilya ที่เธอปรุงอาหารทุกอย่างอย่างมีจิตวิญญาณและในสไตล์บ้านๆ ฉันเตรียมกล่องอาหารกลางวันให้พวกเรา เนื่องจากวันเดินทางเราไม่มีเวลาทานอาหารเช้า (เรามีเที่ยวบินเช้า) เราพอใจกับการเดินทางไปซามาร์คันด์ ฉันแนะนำโรงแรมนี้

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location only minutes away from the amazing registan square. Breakfast selection is wide and recommended and a large variety of cold and hot options. Fairly priced.
Overall the room is small, walls are thin, hence easy to hear sound of the hall way. Further, upon check in, the hot water kettle is used with water and black liquid inside without cleaned - mentioned to the cleaning staff, remained uncleaned for the next three days. The pool and sauna required booking ahead of time which made it hard to utilize.

ผผู้เข้าพักAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.
