ผผู้เข้าพักCheck in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in room either. Would not stay here again.

ผผู้เข้าพักDecent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.
Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment.

The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. LLiyingLindaIt is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

GGary Cho WaI always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown.
Toilet is way too low in the washroom.
I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise.
Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

Vvalentino ideal tvYesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

ผผู้เข้าพักI wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
