ผผู้เข้าพักThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected.
Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night.
On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality.
PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

BBonson LamThe staff are all kind and go beyond the normal . I felt like family. Breakfast was simple though croissants were great , and pineapples were very delicious. There are board games on the top floor. It would be great if they had more laundry machines and some bicycles. The cerviche at the restaurant was innovative

ผผู้เข้าพักWe chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อRoom: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe were happy to have booked this hotel. Upon arriving at Miami International Airport, we went quickly to Door 5 on level 2 to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The wait was not long. Everything was smooth. We observed that the driver drove slowly passing every door and looked out if there were people waving to him. Such a great service.
The location of the hotel is good that we could travel by bus 7 to downtown Miami and went opposite direction to Dophin Mall.
