the good : the hotel staffs are great and kind people ,always smiling and try to help. we had some issue with room cleanness upon check in that they helped quickly. the room was good, and spacious . good view to the sea . has hot spring and pools that nobody used during our visit. the bad : the hotel does not have any entrance , guest must go to basement parking and then take elevator to lobby. although hotel tried to provide golf car to transfer guests up and down but it was very uneasy and very big downside in my mind. because it has some water games inside hotel so there are many kids, so dont expect resort style hotel. its for families with kids and it can be noisy all day.

Excellent hotel, I had a very positive experience! I would especially like to highlight a staff member named Umar — he is very friendly, attentive, and caring. He always asks about your day and how you are feeling, and genuinely tries to help. This kind of service is rare. I have stayed in more than 15 hotels in China, and this was the first hotel where someone clearly explained which halal food I could eat. This was very important to me and truly appreciated. If you are choosing a hotel, I highly recommend this one. They really care about their guests, and thanks to people like Umar, you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Elegant facilites and very kind staff, from door reception to restaurant. Rooms are quite and well equipped. we had dinner at teppanyaki restaurant: great selection of ingredients, masterfully used by chef, preciously served by staff. the view from 29th floor is also a plus.

This hotel is beautiful both in building and location. hot springs, good size swimming pool equipped with toys and floaters for children. breakfast was tasty and varied. rooms are big and clean. Dinner buffet aa closed due to low season but the a la carte restaurant was a big hit with the whole family. only a couple of kilometers away from Shenxianju Scenic area and great local restaurants. Serice is great, stafd are attentive and strive to make yoir stay a comfortable,.pleasant experience. The only thing I.would do next time is request a room close to the lobby,.specially if travelling with grandparents as some rooms can be quite a walk from all service points.

We expected more facilities for the children, the play area itself was quite big but some things were not working or taken out, like there is a space where kids supposed to dress up but all the shelves were empty. Also some doctors bag to role play were locked so you couldn’t open them. Also the small supermarket just had 4 vegetables and 2 shopping carts. This is a missed opportunity for the hotel and disappointing for us. When we arrived in the room there were some left over noodles in the bathroom sink. Otherwise the room was good, one thing that wasn’t great was sound insulation, we could hear people in the corridor talking very clearly when we were in bed. The breakfast was ok, not as good as i expected, and it was super crowded due to Chinese new year.

The hotel is located right across the street from the 5AAAAA tourist location Guoqing Temple. It follows the flow of the environment and has a very Zen theme and feel. The room is relaxing and it would be good if the toilet has an option for brighter lights. The water pressure is good with a consistent hot shower We checked in late in the evening and it was actually quite chilly when we checked in. So it was a very pleasant surprise for the hotel to have 2 flasks of the Chinese porridge (slightly sweet) warm and waiting. The morning complimentary breakfast was great with a good spread; some western type of breakfast and some chinese breakfast and ample choice for vegetarians. We went on a complimentary tour of Guoqing Si guided by a staff of the hotel who provided clear explanation of the temple. If the hotel has a big hall that can be rented for group events / gatherings that would be superb. All in we had a great experience

The hotel is clean and tidy. Frontdesk services are warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast is really a bit better than expected with a great deal of food choices. The only shortcoming is a clogged toilet which caused us a great deal of trouble at 1:30am in the morning. But hotel staff quickly helped to shift us to another room with upgraded services. On the whole, I am happy with the hotel.

ระหว่างทริปพ่อแม่ลูกที่ไทโจวนี้ เราพักในโรงแรมทั้งหมดสามแห่ง และโรงแรม Wyndham เป็นโรงแรมที่น่าพอใจที่สุด บรรยากาศของโรงแรม สุขอนามัย การบริการ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกนั้นล้วนแต่เกินมาตรฐานระดับห้าดาว บริการแบบบัตเลอร์ทำให้ผู้เข้าพักรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน และทัศนคติในการให้บริการของพนักงานบริการแต่ละคนก็ดีมาก ที่อยู่ของโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนคือห้างสรรพสินค้า Wuyue และขับรถไปชายหาดประมาณ 15 นาที บรรยากาศการรับประทานอาหารเช้านั้นหรูหรา อาหารจานต่างๆ นั้นมีรสชาติเข้มข้น และเวลารับประทานอาหารก็สมเหตุสมผล ผู้สูงอายุที่เดินทางมากับเรามีปัญหาในการเดิน และโรงแรมยังมีรถเข็นให้บริการอีกด้วย โดยรวมแล้วให้คะแนนเต็ม💯
