ผผู้เข้าพักWe recently stayed at Blue Water Maribago Beach Resort for one night and booked two rooms for our group. The place was extremely nice, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the morning was also great and satisfying. On our last night, we treated ourselves to a couple’s massage, which was absolutely awesome and the perfect way to end our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

ผผู้เข้าพักI have been using Costabella for nearly 20 years and have always considered it a pleasant, well maintained hotel. In fact I even got married here! However, during my most recent stay, the experience fell noticeably short of expectations.
We booked a poolside room and, after check in, I was genuinely surprised to find that the room was on the third floor. Based on my many previous stays, I had always understood poolside rooms to be those adjacent to the pool at ground level. If you are booking a poolside room, be aware that this may not be the case and expectations should be managed accordingly.
The room itself was a little dated in style, but it was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay, which helped offset the older décor.
The pool area is relatively small but generally well maintained. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded throughout the day due to the large number of day pass visitors. As a result, there were no chairs or loungers available for hotel guests for most of the day, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the beach area was clean and pleasant.
The food was the main let down. The buffet breakfast would rate no more than 4 out of 10. Much of the food had not been replenished, including empty juice and coffee stations, and what remained was cold and unappetising. However, it was better on the second day.
Dinner was equally disappointing. Several main courses were served cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen twice. In the end, we cancelled two seafood dishes altogether, as reheating raised concerns about food quality and safety. The steak, which was once a highlight of Costabella for me, was extremely tough and far below the standard I have previously enjoyed.
Overall, Costabella still has many positive qualities, but this stay did not reflect the standards I have previously associated with the resort and this will be my last visit. Unless the quality of the food and the management of guest capacity improve, I would find it difficult to recommend Costabella based on this recent experience.

RRIf you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with a refreshing atmosphere in a remote location and especially if you’re into advanced diving this is an excellent place to stay. We stayed for just 1 night, as we wanted to explore other activities and we’re not advanced divers, so we decided to change our plans.
A quick tip: prepare cash in advance. The nearest ATM is quite far from the resort, so you’ll need to take a tricycle or rent a motorbike. The resort only accepts cash.
The highlight for us was the stunning sea view and breathtaking sunset. The property isn’t very large, but with plenty of trees it feels secluded and peaceful. The food was also delicious.

ผผู้เข้าพักLiked this place. Not quite sure what was newly renovated as the room was still quite basic and no hot water to speak of. Fortunately the amenities (pools) made up for it. It’s far from other amenities for shopping etc and the shuttles are limited and generally full but grab is easy to hail. It’s a shame they don’t allow grab drivers with food in though and you have to meet them at the gate. If you don’t want this service affecting your catering business then improve your catering facilities to offer more of what people want. Highlight - pools and inflatables, beach clearly man made and more like concrete than sand. Low point - loud and noisy functions in the numerous tented venues.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThis was my second time staying at Solea Hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food choices, and the room rates are affordable, which makes the hotel a good value for money.
However, I was slightly disappointed with the check-in process this time. We booked three rooms, but upon arrival, only one room was available. We were allowed to check in to the first room and were asked to wait there while the other two rooms were being prepared.
Although the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, we only received the keys for the remaining two rooms at around 5:40 PM. The staff kept telling us that the room keys would be “to be followed,” but despite several follow-ups, the waiting time took around 2–3 hours, which was quite long. Since the rooms were booked online in advance, we were expecting them to be ready on time.
That said, this was the only time I experienced this issue. During my first stay, everything went smoothly and I had no complaints. I still appreciate the hotel’s amenities and affordability, and I hope the check-in process can be improved in the future.

CCha CedenxOn our first night, we checked in late due to prior commitments. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, so we requested for it to be fixed. When they couldn’t repair it, we asked for a fan instead of transferring, but they moved us to another room that was too small and 1 bed only. We then requested for an upgrade for 2 nights and paid later upon check out. Even in the upgraded room, the a/c was still not cold enough on the first night, so my niece had to slept on the floor. Thankfully, the a/c improved by the next day.

It was my 2nd time coming here.
But I was pretty disappointed with the check in time. We came to the hotel around 3 pm in the hope that we can directly check in without any hassle but it was pretty disappointing that we had to wait for one hour to get our room and we were given a different room than what we booked.
One thing about the floor inside the hotel hallways to the elevator .. was wet , it could be dangerous if people slipped.
Though I still enjoyed the facilities specially the pool.

ผผู้เข้าพักI will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service. First time in my life I got to use the bidet as shower. We called the receptionist for our complain about the unbearable hot temperature of their shower and we are told that they will call the engineering dept.to respond to the issue. But after almost an hour of waiting (imagine, I already got my body pre-showered,because I stopped when I felt that the water is so hot) we got a call asking if we will be extending our stay. And luckily, it was my husband who answered the call. And calmly replied, “No, we will be checking out in a moment”. Because if I were the one who got the chance to answer the call, then I will say “we will definitely not extending our stay. And never to come again.”
I decided to just use the bidet as shower so we can leave the place.
I hope this will not happen to anybody.
Their price doesnt justify the means.
