ผผู้เข้าพักBE Pods Lahug is 100% worth it. Unlike other budget places that feel old or cramped, this place feels modern and ”Instagrammable.” It’s perfect for solo travelers or digital nomads who need to be near IT Park but don’t want to pay hotel prices.
. The air conditioning is freezing (in a good way!). Since it's located in Lahug, you are surrounded by great food spots and cafes, and it's very easy to catch a ride. It’s a bit quiet and disciplined, which is great if you actually want to get some sleep. For the price you pay, the quality you get is a steal.

IIzza_016We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime.
Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama
Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons
Big enough ung ref to store many food
Good aircondition.
Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit.
Space is ergonomically good.
Then free access sa pool is a plus
Nearby sa mga groceries at food.
Enough sampayan and great city view

Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay.
Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound.
Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po.

FFrankfurter069We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable.
So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

ผผู้เข้าพักNot ideal. Proximity to the airport is in its favour but the place itself feels like an ******. Strange dated condo units, quite well furnished but more suited to entertaining a lady with low expectations, not exactly a good standard for family stay. Fortunately we just had one night in between flights. The room was very hot when we got in and there was no cold water to drink. The water machine, despite our best efforts, would only serve warm water. Perhaps our time of arrival affected the service but we had to take all our bags (kids too) to the room through corridors that smelled of cat urine. Check out was lengthy due to them having to go all the way (another building) back to our room to check it was fine before we got our 1000 peso back. This kept our ride waiting and delayed our departure. Not likely to use again or recommend.

HHung CBiggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night. Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips.
The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.
