ความสะอาดของห้องพักไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาหรือมาตรฐานที่คุณคาดหวัง มีคราบเลือดบนปลอกหมอน และเส้นผมบนเก้าอี้ นอกจากนี้เรายังทำแก้วแตกและไปแจ้งพนักงานทำความสะอาดเพื่อขอโทษ แต่ห้องก็ไม่ได้ถูกทำความสะอาดหลังจากนั้น เธอแค่เก็บเศษแก้วที่แตกซึ่งเราพยายาม ”ทำความสะอาด” ออกไปเท่านั้น วันรุ่งขึ้นเราจึงแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับและขอให้ทำความสะอาดห้อง ปรากฏว่าคู่ของฉันโดนเศษแก้วบาดเท้า ฉันได้ร้องเรียนที่โรงแรมไปแล้ว

การออกแบบที่ดีเยี่ยม สไตล์คลาสสิค ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใจกลางกรุงเฮก โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายรถรางหลายป้าย ทําให้ง่ายต่อการเดินทางไปรอบเมือง กล่าวอีกนัยหนึ่งสามารถปรับปรุงการดูแลทําความสะอาดได้ ฉันไม่จู้จี้จุกจิกเป็นพิเศษ และฉันไม่ได้ตรวจสอบมุมเพื่อค้นหาข้อบกพร่อง แต่ทันทีที่ฉันเข้าไปในห้อง ฉันสังเกตเห็นคราบสีขาวขนาดใหญ่บนเก้าอี้ ซึ่งดูเหมือนของที่ระลึกจากแขกคนก่อน มันค่อนข้างชัดเจนในความคิดของฉันสิ่งที่ควรกําจัดด้วยอุปกรณ์ทําความสะอาดขั้นพื้นฐาน เครื่องเป่าผมยังดูค่อนข้างทรุดโทรมและจําเป็นต้องเปลี่ยน นี่เป็นรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แต่เป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่แขกสังเกตเห็นทันทีและสามารถแก้ไขได้อย่างง่ายดายด้วยความสนใจจากพนักงานทําความสะอาดมากขึ้น นอกจากนั้น เตียงนอนก็นอนสบาย และเครื่องปรับอากาศทําให้ห้องอยู่ในอุณหภูมิที่น่าพอใจมาก โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักและจะพิจารณากลับมาอีกแน่นอนในอนาคต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหากปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทําความสะอาด

The service is really good, we did the checking and check out really smoothly. And all the amenities is pretty new. The location is also very convenient, it’s close to the central station. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The location is unbeatable. It is just 5 mins walk, straight line, from the central station. Along the walk u will see lots of restaurants, an Etos (a heath and beauty brand in NL), a supermarket (Albert Heijn)which u should be able to get practically anything you need. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. I choose the room type with a view, which is on higher floor, very quiet, got good sunlight. There is a coffee corner on the ground floor which you can get unlimited coffee and tea all day long. And there is laundry room, although I haven’t tried it, which is another added point for long period travellers. The only downside is, it’s a minimalistic hotel. No kettle, no fridge, no cupboard or shelves for storage. The only toiletries provided are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, although they are of freaking good quality, especially the conditioner, I am really surprised lol. Will stay there again if I go next time.

Enough to provide a stay for exploring  the city. The attached restaurant was a good one to try.

We received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!

Have booked this place multiple times for our family members when they visit this city, we love how it is convenient to get to from the airport (direct train) + just 2 tram stops from Den Haag city center + extremely competitive pricing. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable, and has very good views

Fijn verblijf gehad maar een paar dingen waren wel een beetje teleurstellend, zoals de douche(deur) die erg kort was waardoor binnen no-time de badkamer nat wordt, en de flessen shampoo/conditioner die leeg zijn. Ook de opties beneden in de mini-market zijn minimaal en vrijwel alles is bewerkt/suiker. Het zou het hotel sieren als er meer gezondere opties te koop zijn, zoals een stuk fruit.

The Hotel is located in a quiet area, not front line to the sea though, partial sea view only. The breakfast is fine with a fair choice of cold and warm food, rooms are comfortable with a balcony, good shower. The cleaning of the room could be improved, north European standards of cleaning. The negative note was that there were some refurbishment works going on while our stay causing noises and early start instead of a long lay. I would still return for my next stay as the location was good, staff fairly friendly.

The location is excellent – very central and convenient. The room was quite spartan but had everything we needed. Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. Breakfast was simple and not particularly varied, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. One downside: parking was extremely expensive.
