"The hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow. Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold. While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable."

"It was a 10/10 experience from the moment I arrived. The room had a soothing, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in right away, and everything was kept spotless throughout the stay. The bed was warm and comfortable, the lighting gentle, and the entire space felt thoughtfully arranged to make resting feel natural. Every feature in the room worked perfectly, with no little issues to get in the way, which added an extra layer of ease to the stay. From check-in to check-out, the service flowed without any delays or confusion. Even minor needs were addressed quickly and with care, often before I had to think twice about them. The overall atmosphere of the place brought a sense of comfort that built up over time, turning the stay into something genuinely relaxing and satisfying. In the end, it felt like the kind of place where everything simply worked the way it should, no stress, no friction, just comfort handled with intention. A stay that was not only pleasant but genuinely memorable, and one I’d easily call a perfect experience."

"ฉันพักห้องเดี่ยวสี่คืนในฐานะนักเดินทางคนเดียว สะดวกสบายมาก! เดินจากสถานีกลางกรุงเฮกประมาณ 20 นาที รถรางก็สะดวกเช่นกัน ที่ใกล้ที่สุดคือสถานี Torenstraat บนรถรางสาย 17 เดินประมาณ 2-3 นาที พนักงานต้อนรับก็สุภาพมากเช่นกัน จ่ายค่ามัดจำและภาษีเมืองให้แล้ว ฉันคิดว่าทิปสำหรับปูเตียงคงไม่ต้องให้หรอก เพราะฉันออกจากที่พักสองวันติดกันแล้วไม่มีใครมาเก็บ เลยหยุดให้กลางคัน สงสัยว่าค่าทิปรวมอยู่ในค่าบริการหรือเปล่านะ...? อีกอย่าง ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตที่ใกล้ที่สุดคือ Albert Heijn ซึ่งอยู่บนถนน Torenstraat เดินไปประมาณ 5 นาที ที่นี่รับบัตรเครดิต และมีเครื่องคิดเงินด้วย จ่ายเงินสดได้ด้วย ในฐานะคนญี่ปุ่น ห้องพักที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำนี่สมบูรณ์แบบมาก ฉันก็ประทับใจมากที่เห็นคำว่า ”Dear, *** (ชื่อฉัน)” บนหน้าจอทีวี! ฉันได้ยินเสียงดังมาจากข้างบนหลายครั้งทั้งตอนเย็นและกลางคืน แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่ามาจากแขกคนอื่นหรือเปล่า แต่พอถึงเวลานอน เสียงก็เบาลงทุกคืน เลยไม่มีอะไรจะบ่น ราคาขึ้นอยู่กับวันที่เข้าพัก แต่ราคาก็สมเหตุสมผลมาก และฉันอยากกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!"

"Wonderful to be able to check in in the evening after having contact with the receptionist by phone. Room was very clean, and cozy. Had a view on a square next to the city centre. 100% recommended and would love to come back again"

"Great hotel! Stayed there with a friend for one night. The hotel staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. Location is amazing. We went to the beach via tram and it only took around 20 minutes. The station is right in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay here again"

"Pros: Good location with convenient transport. Only three tram stops (about 4 minutes) from The Hague Centraal, with the tram stopping right in front of the hostel. Friendly staff and free luggage storage (wardrobe near reception; avoid leaving valuables). Cons: Very very very strong smell in the bathroom (can’t bear it), and the shower had no cold water. Rooms are old. Narrow, spiral corridors make it difficult to carry large luggage. Traffic noise from trams outside lasts until late at night."

"Have booked this place multiple times for our family members when they visit this city, we love how it is convenient to get to from the airport (direct train) + just 2 tram stops from Den Haag city center + extremely competitive pricing. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable, and has very good views"

"ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ฉันจองห้องใต้หลังคาซึ่งมีรูปแบบใหม่มากสําหรับฉัน โต๊ะหันไปทางหน้าต่างห้องใต้หลังคา และมองออกไปเห็นวิวเมืองที่สวยงามมาก แต่ต้องสังเกตว่าลิฟต์ของโรงแรมมีลิฟต์หนึ่งที่สามารถขึ้นไปชั้น 4 (ชั้นใต้หลังคา) และอีกอันสามารถขึ้นไปชั้น 3 ได้เท่านั้น บางครั้งต้องขึ้นชั้น 3 ก่อนแล้วขึ้นบันไดไปชั้น 4 นักเดินทางที่มีกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่ควรไม่เลือกห้องใต้หลังคา"
