ผผู้เข้าพักRamada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.
GGabrielCOTruly a great option in The Hague. We were very pleased from start to finish. Upon check-in, the attendant was attentive and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was plentiful. But most of all, it is the perfect location, right across the parliament in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Great option to keep in mind when visiting The Hague.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋
ผผู้เข้าพักRooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and ******* nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)
ผผู้เข้าพักThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood
HHamzaNice location, a bit in the middle of the city and the beach. Pier is very close. City center can be reached by tram easily. Good for business travel.
BBobPReception is very helpful. Bus stop and Albert Hein are nearby. The room is big with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. It was a good place to stay. Thank you, Teleport and CTrip.
ZzhujThe hotel is located in a newly built classical-style building with a fresh and fashionable exterior. From the lobby to the guest rooms, it is full of design elements and attention to detail. The wardrobe and wine cabinet are uniquely designed, and even the door bolts and tissue boxes stand out as distinctive. The work desk features staggered partitions, and the walls are adorned with various-sized paintings and small decorative pieces that exude an artistic atmosphere. The bedding, lighting, and even the toilet paper are carefully considered. The service staff are friendly and polite.
