I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

The studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

+ POSITIV: Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und das Zimmer 109 war sehr hell und freundlich. Klimaanlage top. Reinigung jeden Tag top. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Damen, egal ob bei der Reception, Reinigung oder Frühstück waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also über das Hotel in der Preisklasse kann man nicht sagen. Die Aussicht ist nicht so mega gewesen. - NEGATV: Das Zimmer 109 war sehr hellhörig. Und direkt unter dem Zimmer befand sich ein Eisentor zu einem Fitness-Studio?, welches ab ca. 21:30 Uhr zu war und von den Sportlern immer wieder kräftig zuklatschen ließen. Das ging oft bis 23:30 Uhr so, dass es oben im Zimmer richtig donnerte. Und irgendwo in einem Nebenraum des Zimmers (was aber nicht zum Hotel zu gehören scheint, war jeden Tag ab 05:00 Uhr früh lärm von Reinigungen zu hören. Also Klopfen und dgl. Also gut schlafen konnte ich leider nur zwischen 23:30 und 05:00 Uhr. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, aber nicht dieses Zimmer 109

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

โรงแรมดี เหมือนกับโรงแรมโนโวเทลทุกแห่ง ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อยกับความสะอาดของห้องพัก ซึ่งไม่ดีเท่ากับที่เคยพักมา ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดเลย ฉันเจอเส้นผมในห้องอาบน้ำ และมันก็ไม่สะอาดจริงๆ อาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรและสุภาพ ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน แต่จากโรงแรมโนโวเทลทั้งหมดที่ฉันเคยพักมา โรงแรมนี้ให้ความรู้สึกพึงพอใจน้อยกว่าที่อื่นเล็กน้อย

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Overall, the hotel was very good. It is located far from the historic center, but it is easy to get around by public transportation. The room was a bit little and not so clean. The breakfast buffet should change a bit between days, as it gets boring after eating the same thing for several days.

La posizione è buona, il personale gentile e anche i servizi compresa la colazione direi buoni! Unica pecca le camere un po' scadenti, più da un tre stelle. Però comunque accettabili!
