"A very decent and clean hotel. Although its older structure, they have kept it well. The staff is friendly.i would only ask for the windows to be improved for noise and better blinds. Otherwise a really good location and safe area and heating was great."

"L'hotel si posiziona in una zona abbastanza comoda se si arriva in treno da Porta Susa e leggermente più lontana da Porta Nuova, comodo comunque se si utilizza il tram.
Le camere non sono nuove, più che altro il bagno è datato, però ho trovato massima pulizia.
Il signore della reception, purtroppo non ricordo il nome è stato molto gentile, stessa cosa vale per il ragazzo che al telefono mi aveva dato tutte le informazioni necessarie."

"Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors)."

MadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.

Anastasia8We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

El YStayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

Great stay with beautiful scenery. The surroundings were lovely and made the experience even more relaxing. Laundry is available, but you’ll need to use an app and scan the QR code at the reception lobby to access it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

ผู้เข้าพักHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Ottima posizione e centralissimo, deposito bagagli gratuito. Staff gentile e cordiale, abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza che c'era stata assegnata in un palazzo vicino e l'hanno sostituita immediatamente senza problemi.
