The hotel was really clean! The architecture is beautiful with it's black and white combination of color and it's minimalist elegant structure. The service was amazing! The staffs are also very kind and helpful! I can confidently say it's one of the best 4 star in semarang, and deserved to be in the list of 4 star select!

We like our room, could be a bit bigger & higher floor considering I requested in advance, but it’s clean & great view of the city. The gym is very small, limited & not clean, it’s a bit sad really, definitely need for a refurb! The breakfast is great with variety of local dishes, but the capacity is also limited, it’s twice out of 5 days were no seats available at all. However, overall was a pleasant stay as the staffs were very attentive & helpful.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

1. ร้านสเต็กชื่อดังอย่าง Bowery, คาเฟ่ Eastman และไนต์คลับ Sixsense ตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรม สามารถเดินไปได้สะดวกมาก 2. ฉันทำเสื้อยืดสีแดงหายในห้องพัก ทางโรงแรมเก็บรักษาไว้อย่างดี และเมื่อฉันติดต่อทาง WhatsApp พนักงานก็สุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก!!

I recently traveled to Semarang for a business trip and stayed at Quest Prime Semarang. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to key areas of the city, which made my commute to meetings quite convenient. The room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent; they were attentive and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. However, I did find the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, which was a minor drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Quest Prime Semarang was positive and contributed well to my business trip.

ทําเลดีอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้โบสถ์ Lawangsewu n Cathedral Church of Semarang (สามารถเดินไปได้) ว่ากันว่ามีห้างสรรพสินค้าในระยะที่เดินได้เช่นกัน แต่ฉันไม่สนใจสถานที่นั้น ฉันเลยไม่ได้ชื่อห้างสรรพสินค้านั้น 🙃 สระว่ายน้ําบนชั้นดาดฟ้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม ไปถึงที่นั่นตอนกลางคืนวิวดีมาก Brrakfast แค่นั้นแหละ ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ดีที่สุด แต่ก็ไม่เลวด้วย

ล็อบบี้สวยมาก แต่ไม่ตรงกับสถานการณ์ห้องจริงๆ อันที่จริงฉันคาดหวังมากกว่านี้ ความสะอาดแย่ พรมดูเก่า และปุ่ม AC ก็ดูสกปรกมาก และผิดหวังมาก ตอนไปทานอาหารเช้าก็ยังใช้ชามแตกหลายใบ 🫣🫣🫣 ออกจากมาตรฐาน... ผมว่าทางโรงแรมควรปรับปรุงปัญหานี้... ไม่แน่ใจว่าจะกลับมาพักครั้งที่สอง...

The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even I had to waiting room to be ready, overall I had a great experience at awann hotel!

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สามที่ฉันมาพักที่ Metro Park View และประสบการณ์ก็ดีมากเช่นเคย พนักงานใจดีพอให้ฉันเช็คอินหลัง 12.00 น. โดยไม่ต้องรอจนถึง 14.00 น. เพราะห้องพร้อมแล้ว ฉันยังรู้สึกประหลาดใจกับการอัพเกรดห้องฟรีซึ่งได้รับการชื่นชมจริงๆ บริการตลอดการเข้าพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ เนื่องจากฉันพักในช่วงเดือนรอมฎอนอาหารเช้า sahur ก็ดีมากมีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายทุกอย่างเตรียมไว้อย่างดีและตรงต่อเวลา ทําให้มื้อเช้าสบายและสนุกสนาน ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการพักผ่อนหลังจากวันที่ยาวนานอยู่ข้างนอก โดยรวมแล้วบรรยากาศของโรงแรมให้ความรู้สึกสงบและอบอุ่น ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่ใหญ่อีกอย่างหนึ่ง มีตลาดนัดรอมฎอนอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งสะดวกมากในช่วงเดือนสวดมนต์ รอบๆ โรงแรมยังมีร้านกาแฟและที่กินมากมาย จึงหาของกินได้ง่าย หรือเพียงแค่พักผ่อนข้างนอก สุจริตฉันไม่สามารถคิดเกี่ยวกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือจุดลบเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้ ทุกอย่างราบรื่นและสนุกสนาน หากคุณกําลังเยี่ยมชมเซมารังฉันขอแนะนําให้จองโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน

We booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.
