Big shoutout to Maurice for making my stay a pleasant and welcome one! Maurice was professional, kind and helpful to my enquiries during my stay at Hotel 66. I will come back to this hotel if I ever visit Nice again. The room is spacious and clean for me. The bed is also comfortable. There is a cleaning service everday, unless you choose to put up a do not disturb at your door. There is a safe box to store your valuable belongings. Hand soap, shampoo, body soap and conditioner (as a woman, I was shocked when conditioner is also provided!) and hair dryer are all provided. The soap all smell so good. House slipper and laundry bag are also provided. It is a strategic location, very near to tram and train station. Less than a 10 min walk. There is also a few pharmacies and restaurant nearby. Most of the locations are all walkable distance, you can also take the tram too by buying and validating your tickets. Most importantly, I am very satisfied and feel at ease that they provide storing luggages after you check out, and you collect them whenever you are ready. I also love how there is an unlimited coffee and drinking water provided to all guests. The only downside is that there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room, making it a bit inconvenient as you would have to get hot water at the breakfast dining area. But overall, I am satisfied with my three nights at Hotel 66. Lastly, thank you Maurice for making me feel welcomed and safe during my first Nice trip.

A reliable choice in Nice, the Holiday Inn delivers on excellent service and comfort. The staff are frequently highlighted as friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience. The hotel provides modern conveniences, including a good breakfast and facilities. While its rooms are functional and clean, the real draw is the prime position near key places of interests, making all of Nice's key attractions—from shopping to the sea—effortlessly walkable.

โรงแรมดี บริการก็ดีมาก ที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟมาก ไม่ไกลจากถนนเลียบชายหาดอังกฤษ สะดวกมาก ลิฟต์เล็กมาก ห้องไม่ใหญ่ ห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำแยกส่วนแห้งและส่วนเปียก อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเรียบง่าย ไม่หลากหลายเหมือนโรงแรมในประเทศ แหล่งชอปปิ้งและร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้ๆ สะดวกมาก

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านฮาร์ดแวร์นั้นดีและฉนวนกันเสียงก็ดี ข้อเสียเปรียบอย่างเดียวคือไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ WiFi ได้ ฉันโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับแล้วพวกเขาก็บอกว่าอยู่ระหว่างการซ่อมแซม เพื่อนของฉันข้างบ้านมีอินเตอร์เน็ต

โรงแรมนี้ดีเยี่ยมมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีเป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะฮัสเซนที่แผนกต้อนรับใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาดและกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าก็ดี โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ

นี่คือโรงแรมในย่านเมืองเก่าของนีซ ตอนแรกตอนเช็คอิน เราเจอเตียงที่มีรอยเปื้อนชัดเจนใต้ผ้าปูที่นอน และหน้าต่างห้องก็แปลก ผนังและหน้าต่างที่เอียงทำให้ห้องดูเล็กลง แต่พอสังเกตเห็นรอยเปื้อน เราจึงไปเปลี่ยนห้อง น่าแปลกใจที่ห้องใหม่แบบเดิมมีหน้าต่างและผนังแบบเดิม แถมห้องยังดูใหญ่กว่าห้องเดิมอีกต่างหาก ถ้าได้ห้องธรรมดาแบบนี้ตั้งแต่แรกก็คงจะดีกว่านี้มาก แต่ก็เป็นแค่ปัญหาเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เช็คอินได้เครื่องดื่มฟรีสองแก้ว และพนักงานที่ช่วยแลกเครื่องดื่มก็เป็นมิตรมาก ห้องพักค่อนข้างสะอาด ถ้าอยากพักในย่านเมืองเก่า ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เลย

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

Disappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.

Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0
