Absolutely stunning rooms and true five star experience. The bed was amazing and the housekeeping would refill all amenities that we used which was very considerate. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we loved how generous and diverse the options were. The beach club is a short buggy ride away and also had a great infinity pool there. My only suggestion is to create a real cocktail menu and not the paper print out that was given to us on both days, but everything else was wonderful! The staff are so kind and friendly especially the blonde young man who helped us with our bags and drove us by buggy to the beach club.

What a great stay... the staff at Aqua were fantastic.. always responsive, helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend them. The apartments were fantastic with everything we needed.. Thanks all..

Great location and room has kitchen and washing machine for clothes. Laundry drying rack on big balcony. 24/7 front desk Gym Pool  Spa  Location is the best! Only 1 block from beach and walking distance to everything. A few negatives were that there was a strange fishy smell in our room and the toilet button to flush was difficult to flush. Would have liked more towels as well. Washcloth and extra bath towels. Iron didn’t work either. Better coffee options and some bottled water would have been nice too.  Otherwise,  would definitely return to this location.

I spent the weekend in villa marina, I thought the place was nice and cosy, very quite place with good connection to puerto buanos but there is no daily housekeeping and i think it’s overpriced

มาเบลลาเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก เดินจากชายหาด 5 นาที และเดิน 20 นาทีจากย่านใจกลางเมือง ไม่รู้สึกไกล สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมสวยงามมาก สวน สระว่ายน้ํา และทางเดิน บรรยากาศดีมาก , เฟอร์นิเจอร์ห้องพักค่อนข้างเรียบง่ายและโทรม อาหารเช้าดีมาก ฉันซื้ออาหารในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตตอนอาหารเย็น และทางโรงแรมก็ส่งเครื่องใช้บนโต๊ะอาหารมาให้ด้วย ดีมาก ราคาที่จองรวมอาหารเช้า 2400 ต่อวัน

На сайте я зарезервировал кровать queen - size так как нас было двое и мы семейная пара, для нас это очень важно. Но по итогу хоть и отель 5 звёзд, но в первый и во второй день нам предоставили 2 односпальные кровати с отдельными матрасами, при этом кровати на колесиках и разъезжаются в разные стороны. На просьбу улучшить или сменить номер на нужный для нас , они просто добавили тонкий матрас, что не решило проблем в общем. И удобства не принесло и мы не смогли нормально высыпаться так было не удобно.

Great location, big rooms, decent breakfast... Nonetheless very noisy from the activity in the lobby to the neighbors walking around...

Reservé 3 suits júnior, viajábamos 5 adultos y 4 niños y en la reserva ponía claramente que niños de 3 a 7 años entraban en la habitación gratis. Llegamos y no tenían mi reserva y nos pusieron en 3 habitaciones normales con cama extra muy incómoda. Una de las habitaciones muy pequeña, con mucho olor a tabaco y daba a la autovía, no podíamos dormir bien. Me gustaría devolución de lo cobrado de más. Gracias
