"Our stay at Marbella Club was truly unforgettable. From the beautiful surroundings and exceptional food to the pool, beach, and incredible service, everything felt so special. What really made our stay memorable was the people. Sergio was absolutely wonderful—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring with our children. Our kids loved him and were always so happy to see him. He was incredibly thoughtful and patient, and his warmth really stood out to us. Angel at reception was always so happy to see the kids and made them feel so welcome every time we passed by. Nizar was also extremely kind and helpful, and Carlos at the club gate was always friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciated all of them. The entire housekeeping team was wonderful and always so helpful. The beach staff and waitresses were also exceptional. They went above and beyond with our children, even providing beach toys and offering fresh fruit and delicious, healthy snacks for the kids. Those little thoughtful touches meant so much to us. The food throughout the hotel was delicious, the pool was beautiful, and the beach was absolutely perfect for a family vacation. There is something very special about Marbella Club—the elegance of the property combined with the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Marbella Club team, especially Sergio, Angel, Nizar, Carlos, the housekeeping team, and the wonderful beach staff. You made our family feel so welcomed and cared for, and you helped make our time in Marbella truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to return. ❤️"

"Do not stay here. This is not a boutique hotel or even an Airbnb. The proprietor, Zhanna, lives onsite and micromanages one’s stay. Those who book here are staying in the bedrooms of her house, not a hotel. The kitchen is her personal home kitchen and the pool is where her associates hang out. When it was time to check in, we called several times and waited at the door for a response. It was advertised and confirmed via private message from Zhanna that it was pet friendly and after one day of staying there, she called us to say that our pets could not be left unattended in the room for any amount of time. We were not made aware of this specific policy until after checking in and it is inconsistent with any other hotel or air bnb we have taken our pets to. Additionally, we were told to turn off the air conditioning to save on energy, during the hottest and most humid time of the year. There was incense burning in the room and hallways, masking a sewage scent. Zhanna insisted on needing access to the room to move a mirror in. When we needed to move to a different hotel to accommodate our pets, Zhanna demanded our credit card, told us we cannot leave the hotel until we pay her for more nights than we stayed, and threatened to call the police on us. This was a massive inconvenience as we were traveling with luggage and pets, had to find a last-minute pet-friendly accommodation during the busiest time of the year, and had to pack and relocate once again. It was a stressful experience and took time off of our trip. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!"

"The hotel drained the water from the pool in the winter months, there were no loungers by the pool and the spa area was closed. Reopening at Easter 2025!!!!!!!! It is an absolute disgrace and unforgivable not to mention this in the description. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known. The hotel is also very thinly soundproof😭😭😭"
