Localização excelente, em frente ao rio e próximo ao comércio, quarto grande, bonito, confortável, limpo, travesseiros muito confortáveis, com 3 opções, café da manhã muito bom, com muitas variedades, bar e restaurante no local.Gostamos de tudo!

What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

There were 2 things which were not in line with my expectations: The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping. Regards Maurice Lansu room 217.

We booked 3 rooms and one of our rooms got upgraded to a larger room. All 3 rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable beds. The rooms have windows that can be opened. Breakfast buffet was good, nice area you can sit inside or outside. It is very well connected by bus (to the airport) the bus terminal is directly underneath the hotel (€5per person one way to Bilbao airport, took 30mins) the hotel also has a car park and less than 2mins walk to the tram stop which will take you directly into town. Very convenient. Theres also a supermarket right opposite the hotel.
