"Nice and newly renovated room in the middle of the old town. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, with smart tv in room!! Soundproofing wasn't the best, however, one could hear if there's noise in the corridor . And plausibly, the old town. Bring your own earplugs if you're sensitive to noise."

JJimmy _ValenciaWhat a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay.
The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional.
The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room.
Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure.
Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town.
Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat.
We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества: разумная стоимость, отличное расположение — всё рядом, включая достопримечательности, транспорт и хорошие рестораны.
Сервис на высоком уровне: персонал приветливый, быстро реагирует на любые просьбы. Завтраки приятно порадовали — свежие продукты, хороший выбор, всё вкусно. Номера чистые, аккуратные, с приятным дизайном и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха.
Единственный небольшой минус — звукоизоляция с коридором могла бы быть лучше. Если кто-то проходит мимо или разговаривает в коридоре, это слышно. Но если вы не спите допоздна и встаете около 8–9 утра, то это не доставит особого дискомфорта.
В целом — отличное место для короткой или длительной остановки. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

ผผู้เข้าพักI thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel.
When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section .
Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned.
Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa.
It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it!
Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

ผผู้เข้าพักA True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

ZZibaiheS酒店位置很好，就在火車站邊上，還車以後走回酒店才五分鐘，街對面就是英國宮百貨，樓上超市應有盡有。
其實畢爾巴鄂市中心很小，哪都二十分鐘左右腳程，哪怕是到古根海姆美術館。
房間本身無功無過，我們住低樓層，沿街，但隔音很好，就是被行道樹擋的完全沒有view
房間有沙發，有浴缸，衞生間有獨立暖氣架，所以即便空調打不熱，開暖氣還是很舒服的。床仍然如歐洲大多數一樣，太軟，沒辦法。我們的房間不含早，又趕上週日，他們酒店的米其林餐廳無法體驗了。
