โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านใหม่เฉียนเจียง ติดกับย่านที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นหลัก มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านอาหารเล็กๆ มากมาย จึงสามารถหาอาหารทานได้ในตอนกลางคืน โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินเพียงไม่กี่ร้อยเมตร และใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมงไปยังจุดชมวิวทะเลสาบตะวันตก นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่ใกล้กับศูนย์กีฬาโอลิมปิก จึงสามารถชมดอกบัวยามค่ำคืนได้ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีอาหารปรุงสุกให้เลือกหลากหลาย และมีน้ำอัดลมกระป๋องให้บริการ ซึ่งเด็กๆ ต่างชื่นชอบ

I really like this hotel and I really enjoy everything here.I am particularly satisfied with the service provided by butler Xiao Chen during my stay.Because of her, she helped with many things.It has been very helpful to us and has provided us with a lot of services. She provided us with excellent service and was very grateful during her stay.One day, we went out and asked her to find someone to help clean the room, and she handled it very well.When we come back, we look at the clean house and are very happy and surprised.The hotel's facilities, equipment, environment, and hygiene are all excellent. I visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

ห้องพักดีเกินคาด อาหารเช้าก็เยอะมาก มีอาหารที่ชอบหลายอย่าง ห้องพักสะอาดสดชื่นมาก ไม่มีเสียงดังรบกวนเลย ทีวีสามารถแคสต์หน้าจอได้ ลูกๆ ได้ดูหนังจนไม่อยากกลับเลย 555 มี Xiao Du ด้วย เด็กๆ เล่นกับ Xiao Du สนุกมาก ให้ Xiao Du หาเรื่องสารานุกรมมาฟังตลอดเลย ใกล้ทะเลสาบซีหูมาก ลงมาหาอะไรกินก็สะดวก มีร้านบะหมี่เล็กๆ อร่อยดี อาจจะเพราะเดินเหนื่อยอะไรก็อร่อยไปหมด พนักงานต้อนรับชายหญิงน่ารักและอดทนมาก วันนี้เดินจนเหนื่อยเลยไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปเลย ไว้ครั้งหน้ามาหางโจวจะถ่ายรูปนะ จะพาเด็กๆ มาหางโจวอีกครั้งตอนฤดูใบไม้ผลิ และจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. 位置：開車友好，青溪高速口下來左轉掉頭就到隨園了。整個酒店是有別墅改建，有樓下停車庫，車多也可以停路邊。 服務：服務熱情貼心，原本訂的是地中海大床房，現場升級了雙床房。後來又給升級到臨湖的一間雙床房。 設施：由別墅改建，隔音效果一般，房間內能聽到樓道人講話。不同於標準客房，雖然軟硬件基本差不多，但房型有大有小，所以住宿體驗會很大不同。有的房型小就會感覺侷促，有些帶露台就會很舒服。 餐飲：酒店包含早餐，人少時是配餐，人多是自助。菜品質量可以再提升一下，感覺衹有三星的水平。園內沒有餐飲店，中晚餐都是在外面解決。 環境：酒店是圍繞千島湖的一個支流水體建起來的，可以去湖邊步行或騎行。環湖有很大的草坪，可以露營。有些萌寵動物，現在是淡季衹有鸚鵡，沒有松鼠和小羊。
