It is a nice cozy place. The other clients in the same resort are very pleasant compared to other hotels in the same city. The breakfast selection is wonderful. The hotel staff is always ready to help when you have queries. Do go out to the backyard (accessible from B1) and take a walk around the beautiful resort.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

Location was pretty far from alot of tourists spots such as west lake and in77 and more ,, 90% of the spots was at least a 25 mins ride by didi. But im fine with that as since its pretty far from city area, it's quiet so its pretty peaceful. But to my horror, halfway through my 5 nights trip , during midnight, the aircon started producing hot air. Feedbacked to the staffs about this issue, and the solution they gave was to open the window. Meaning, the only barrier from the inside of our room to the outside air was just the window curtain. Staff then offered to send up a fan , which I appreciated but it was loud, hindering our sleep processes and it wasn't as strong as expected. I then called the front desk around 1am to feedback and the next solution they gave was to off the air con as hangzhou weather is chilly. Then what was the point of me booking a hotel in the first place if they cant even provide the most basic amenity, air conditioning. Understand that this issue was out of the front of house staffs control. However im sure I am not the only one who bought up this issue, i think staffs can have a better way of service recovery / issue handling plan. I dont think there should only be one solution to problems being bought up by different guests. As a long staying guest staying over for 5 nights, i believe i should've been told about this issue during check in. ( asked the staff when would this issue be fixed, and the answer i got was 2-3 weeks later ) or prior to even booking this hotel. Spoke fluent mandarin throughout the check in process yet was not even being told of this issue. 入住酒店过后才知道酒店空调都是统一制热的，跟工作人员反馈了一下得到的方案却是开窗. 怎么开窗呢 空气里那么多灰尘以及超浓的烟味 怎么开？不能每个提出这个问题的顾客都得到这样统一的答案吧 (前1/2夜 还能忍。后来实在忍不了了才向工作人员提出问题 因为真的很热 空调出的气都是热的) 后来送来了电风扇 (感谢) 但很吵啊 令人难以入眠. 打电话给了前台 然后送出的另一个方案竟然是关掉空调 理由是杭州天气挺凉的，那如果不使用空调的话 那我们一开始订酒店干嘛? 我理解这并不是工作人员范围内能解决的问题 但我认为解决方案得给的更理智一点 不能用同样的方案来概括所有反馈问题的顾客. 身为入住5天的顾客 我也认为我们有被提前通知的权利 哪怕到了前台办理入住时也同样该有被通知的权利 好让顾客有心里准备 而不是半夜被热到睡不着时向你们反映然后得到的方案和答案都显得很敷衍.

ความสะอาด: โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ห้องพักเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย บรรยากาศ: โดยรวมแล้วบรรยากาศของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม ล็อบบี้/ห้องอาหารสะดวกสบายมาก และสปาดีเยี่ยม ประสบการณ์ดีมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเราพักห้องที่ไม่มีระเบียง และวิวจากระเบียงเป็นเรือเป็ด/โลมาเล็กๆ ในสวนสาธารณะ ซึ่งค่อนข้างดูไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ 😅 บริการ: บริการโดยรวมดีมาก บัตเลอร์ตอบกลับเร็ว และยังใส่ใจในการจัดเตรียมห้องพัก ขนมและชาที่โรงแรมจัดหาให้นั้นดี แต่ถ้าติดต่อลูกค้าล่วงหน้าได้เร็วกว่านี้ ประสบการณ์ก็จะดีขึ้นอีก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีบริการรับส่งสนามบิน และอาหารก็อร่อยด้วย

Absolutely stunning stay. I proposed to my girlfriend at the time at this hotel and now I stayed here for my Honeymoon, the night of my wedding. Everything about this hotel and stay is absolutely beautiful. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the breathtaking scenery and amazing rooms!! Even the beds were the biggest I’ve ever seen.
