利用はしませんでしたが、おしゃれな飲食店に直接行けるので、次回があれば行ってみたいと思いました。 バスタブ🛁ではなくシャワー🚿ルームでした。水量は日本ほどではないですが、温度も安定していて良かったです。 とても快適に過ごせるホテルでした。

A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.

มีปัจจัยบวกมากมายเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมระยะยาวแห่งนี้ พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์ร้อนๆ รวมกับราคาค้างคืน น่าทึ่งมาก แค่นั้นก็คุ้มค่าที่จะอยู่ที่นั่น ขนมปังปิ้ง เบเกิล มัฟฟิน ซีเรียล โจ๊กร้อน ไข่เจียวชีส ไข่ต้ม ไส้กรอก เบคอน ... และ วาฟเฟิลสเตชั่น “ทําเอง” กับซอส วิปครีม และท็อปปิ้งต่างๆ!!! มีกาแฟและชาหรือน้ําร้อนให้บริการที่ล็อบบี้24/7! ภายในห้องสตูดิโอสวีทของฉัน มีห้องครัวเต็มรูปแบบพร้อมเครื่องล้างจาน ตู้เย็นขนาดเต็ม และคุณสามารถยืมแผ่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าสําหรับทําอาหารได้ ห้องใหญ่ มีม่านกั้นแบ่งเตียงโซฟากับเตียงคิงไซส์ มีม่านกั้นสองชั้นเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าความมืดอย่างสมบูรณ์เวลานอน ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือห้องพักในโรงแรมของฉันหันไปทางถนนใหญ่ จึงมีรถวิ่งผ่านทุก 3-5 นาทีในตอนกลางคืน และฉันได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่งผ่านทั้งหมด แม้เวลา 1:00 น. หรือ 3:00 น. ขณะที่ฉันพยายามนอนหลับ!!! วันรุ่งขึ้นขอที่อุดหูจากแผนกต้อนรับและนอนหลับสบายมาก! ฉันควรจะขอพวกเขาเมื่อฉันเช็คอิน  อุณหภูมิของน้ําในสระน้ําเกลือในร่มไม่เย็นเกินไปแต่ไม่อุ่น ฉันว่ายน้ําได้ดี โรงแรมนี้มีอายุน้อยกว่าสองปี ดังนั้นทุกอย่างจึงใหม่ สะอาด และสว่างสดใส ครอบครัวจํานวนมากที่มีเด็กเล็กอาศัยอยู่ที่นั่นในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ของฉัน ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษกับพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรโดยเฉพาะคนที่ช่วยฉันขนสัมภาระ

Jadore cet endroit! C'est un depaysement total. J'habite tout près et j'y vais pour le plaisir. Toutefois, la grande deception est le restaurant la Traite ...prix, quantité, vin 20$ du verre, ..je n'y retournerais plus jamais. Pour le reste, que du bonheur!

Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

A very comfortable stay at this clean apartment! Walking distance to many places of interest. Many restaurants around the hotel too. In case you have big luggages, there’s a dated lift inside the hotel. Access into the hotel, as well as the unit, will be via the access code provided by the hotel on the day of check-in. Hotel is responsive to the questions I had via the Trip chat with the hotel. Overall booking experience on Trip has been excellent!

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).
