ผผู้เข้าพักVery nice hotel and staff especially valet. Upon arrival I was told we were being upgraded to a suite at no charge. My reservation made in May was for a two bed room. The suite had one bed and a pull out couch. Not conducive for four adults. Said they only had one night available in a room with two beds The suite was our only option. Two members of our party slept on a pull out couch for four nights while I paid for a room with two beds to accommodate four adults. No compensation or concessions were even offered to us. Very disappointed. Others be forewarned you can reserve and pay for the room you want but you take the room they give you regardless of what you pay and reserve.

ผผู้เข้าพักRoom was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

LLaura LussiezExcellente surprise ! Hôtel très sympa et peu cher et idéalement situé car dans une rue en plein Vieux Québec mais tout de même au calme. La chambre est super bien agencée donc elle ne paraît même pas petite. La literie au top et l'espace de toilette parfait. La taille de la douche est idéale et les produits fournis de très bonne qualité... on peut même faire chauffer nos serviettes ! !
Le personnel était très sympathique et très compétent... on est aussi bien reçus que dans un 4 étoiles.
La partie ”repas” est très bien agencée et on s'y sent bien. Le café, thé, chocolat etc... ainsi que l'eau fraîche ou pétillante... tout est a volonté !
2 belles terrasses (une en bas et l'autre sur le toit avec baby-foot, brasero...) où l'on se sent bien...
Système de bagagerie disponible à partir de 12h le jour de l'arrivée et jusqu'à 20h le jour de notre départ.
Bref... Nous y retournerons !!

JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
