Great stay overall! The hotel is strategically located just a short walk from the tram station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good facilities. Breakfast was also a highlight, plenty of options and really enjoyable. A nice touch was that I was even able to borrow a microwave for my room, which was surprisingly convenient. The only small downside is that there’s no free on-site parking. However, they do offer overnight parking for $15, which is quite reasonable. Alternatively, there are free or affordable street parking options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

First time I've stayed here and from the time I entered the door, until I left the hotel, everything was perfect. I will certainly stay there again.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

บริการดี และทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง ขับรถเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึงย่านธุรกิจ ห้องพักก็สะอาดด้วย แต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถฟรี และเราต้องจ่าย 15 ดอลลาร์สำหรับที่จอดรถค้างคืน ปัญหาเดียวคือเรื่องที่จอดรถ นอกนั้นดีหมด อาจจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกครั้ง

โรงแรมดีมาก เดินทางสะดวก บริการดี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งอาหารเช้าที่เสิร์ฟในตอนเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย เช่น ไข่ แฮม มันฝรั่งทอด ผลไม้ ขนมปัง ฯลฯ มีให้ครบทุกอย่าง!

Reception refused to provide tax invoice as this was a business trip. They advised I needed to go through trip.com but trip.com doesnt offer tax invoices.... otherwise, my room was all the way in the other side of the reception. Would have liked if there was another entrance on the other side of the reception. EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST PERFECT!
