Hotel Realm in Canberra was extremely comfortable and had great amenities. The rooms felt modern, stylish, and recently renovated, with everything done to a high standard. The whole hotel has a really nice, polished feel and makes for a very relaxing stay. Honestly, it’s probably one of the best hotels in Canberra — highly recommend.

I found the staff to be very helpful and engaging. The room was clean and comfortable, and was cleaned daily. The bar and dining area was comfortable with a pleasant and affordable menu. Public transport was handy for exploring and is walking distance to the shopping area of Braddon. I will be staying there again.

20 minutes walk to shops area, pretty clean and spacious, gym and pool included, parking nearby. Overall a great stay with everything we really needed!

First time I've stayed here and from the time I entered the door, until I left the hotel, everything was perfect. I will certainly stay there again.

clean room and comfy bed. there are only 2 floors and our room is next to a round about and noise during the day could be quite loud. the hotel decor is not so modern with a bath tub and only a shower screen covering half of it so after showers the bathroom floor is completely wet. breakfast was great and staff at the restaurant were patient and attentive to the needs of customers. hotel staff were helpful and service was good overall except that when we checked out the front desk lady was first reluctant to get staff to check my room but told me if anything is missing from the minibar it will be charged to our card and that we have signed an agreement. of course if we have consumed anything we are happy to pay but we would like the room checked when we are still in the hotel premises rather than being told a day later a dozen drinks have gone missing. I wonder why she did not understand my request. she wasn't rude but what she said could be offensive to some people.

Coming back to my previous review about the Kurrajong and the discrepancy of being double charged for rooms that had already been paid for: I received an Email yesterday evening with the invoice from the Kurrajong but without any notification of a rectification in the invoice. I have emailed them back including the bank statement where explicitly shows that both rooms were paid for for two days of our stay through CC payment online to Trip.com  This issue is most disturbing and disappointing, if it doesn’t get resolved soon it will be the last time we will ever stay at the Kurrajong or use Trip.com again and we will make sure the word gets around! 😠 The extra third night was paid at the hotel by CC. It is more than evident by the invoice and the payment through Trip.com that the Kurrajong over charged us.

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

โรงแรมใหม่มาก ทำเลที่ตั้งก็โอเค แต่บริการธรรมดามาก วันนั้นพาลูกไปเช็คอิน เค้าบอกว่ามีการจองไว้สองห้อง ตอนแรกบอกยกเลิกไปเพราะไม่ได้สังเกตว่าห้องเตียงคิงไซส์มาตรฐานที่ออสเตรเลียมีขนาด 1.5 เมตร ต่อมาก็พบว่าห้องมีขนาด 1.8 เมตร เลยยกเลิกการจองเดิมไป ทาง Ctrip ก็ยืนยันการยกเลิกและคืนเงินให้แล้ว แต่พนักงานชาวอินเดียสองคนที่แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าไม่ได้แจ้งเรื่องยกเลิก และขอให้ติดต่อ Ctrip อีกที พอติดต่อ Ctrip เสร็จ Ctrip ก็แจ้งชัดเจนว่ายกเลิกสำเร็จแล้ว พร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ แต่พนักงานต้อนรับไม่รู้เรื่อง เลยติดต่อ Ctrip อีกครั้ง ทาง Ctrip บอกว่าให้เช็คอินก่อน แล้วทางโรงแรมจะจัดการเรื่องการสื่อสารที่เหลือให้ สุดท้ายพนักงานต้อนรับก็ยังไม่ตอบ ยืดเยื้อไปนานกว่าชั่วโมง ทำให้ฉันหิวข้าวกับลูกตั้งแต่บ่ายโมงถึงบ่ายสองโมงครึ่ง ในที่สุด Ctrip ก็แจ้งชื่อเฉพาะของผู้ที่รับผิดชอบการติดต่อกับโรงแรม จากนั้นชายชาวอินเดียที่ดูเหมือนหัวหน้าก็บอกว่าไม่เป็นไร ผมรู้สึกถูกเลือกปฏิบัติและรู้สึกขุ่นเคืองเล็กน้อย โชคดีที่ Ctrip ดำเนินการสื่อสารและจัดการอย่างแข็งขันมาก

Wasn’t the best day at the ridges, had a room with no heating on a cold winters night in Canberra, Sauna was not working broken. Ask reception staff for a portable heater which they finally gave me after two hours, they let me know that the Hotel had lost all heating, and later moved me to a room where the heating was working. The location is very good, the breakfast is not too bad.
