All good, but the balcony’s glass door is not sound proof, very noise during the night.

The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, trato muy amable y muy limpio, sus camas muy cómodas, sólo les recomendaría ampliar un poco más la variedad en el bufet.

This hotel is located right on the beach with a restaurant downstairs. I had the ocean facing room and enjoyed my stay. This hotel, however, does not have a gym and only a very small pool on the rooftop so something to keep in mind if you need those amenities. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

Just one thing would have been nice in the room , or a communal coffee machine. Other than that , perfect. Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
