ผผู้เข้าพักNos ha encantado, está muy cerca del centro y de la playa. El personal es muy atento y amable. Los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario y están muy limpios y pudimos entrar aunque llegamos antes de la hora del check-in. Repetiremos seguro.

ผผู้เข้าพักRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

AALEJOLUEl personal del hotel es increíble, siempre dispuesto y atento. El hotel tiene sus años, pero está muy bien, el gym, la piscina, las instalaciones y su ubicación cerca de la playa lo hace muy atractivo. El desayuno es muy bueno en un lugar muy espacioso lo que hace que no haya que esperar para entrar. Las camareras del lugar están súper atentas ordenando, reponiendo y retirando los platos de las mesas para mayor comodidad. El precio/servicio el lo más atractivo. Sin dudar volvería a alojarme.

ผผู้เข้าพักBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.
