"Great apartments, usually use trebol one ( same group )but needed bigger apartment this time . Excellent location just of yellow brick road ( which has been tidied up and trees reduced to make safer ). Excellent reception staff , room ideal for 3 adults , lifts as stated elsewhere slow but not a problem in December, air con only in main corridor but plenty blankets if needed in room at night ; full kitchen facilities if needed and washing machine and clothes airer which is ideal b4 going home . Would certainly stay again"

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"I stayed in the Level in a grand suite. Room was amazing ,views lovely and heated pool perfect ! Colleagues are super nice and helpful . What has disappointed myself is initial response to ants in my room , on bed and along walls eventually it was dealt with however I did have to chase . No ants since it was resolved which is great. Service in the Level lounge is inconsistent not sure it is good value for money . I highlighted that evening tapas run out quickly this happened every evening even after raising it with a manager . Today no cheese as I was told they didnt have any however I have just been given a plate of cheese from the lovely lady in the lounge . The colleagues are doing their best , maybe the senior managers need to review the processes to support them ? Also I was told it is out of season however that should not impact your experience and is not an acceptable reason for a reduced experience for guests . I am returning next weekend with my grandsons as the resort is amazing in terms of location and facilities hopefully I will have an improved experience ! Thank you to all the super lovely colleagues who have helped its much appreciated xx"

"Although this is possibly the most beautiful hotel I have seen with beautiful bedrooms, pools, food & charming staff there is one thing I cannot fathom. Why is there no music in the evening ? Every night I had to leave the hotel after dinner (when I didn't want to leave the hotel) to find some entertainment. I know the ethos is zen but if children screaming can pierce the tranquility then surely a classy singer in a corner of the site would only enhance the stay. Also the hotel shut for a conference while I was there cutting our trip short, very frustrating. That said an almost perfect hotel let down by the dull evenings where only one bar on the massive site opened & no music/ents were an option"

"The hotel was in perfect condition and had lovely Halloween decorations. They offered many activities and even included tickets to Terra Mítica theme park, which I wasn't expecting. All the staff who assisted us were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety of food. We would definitely repeat this experience."

"The room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg."

"The hotel is very nice. It’s a party hotel, stag and hen do’s. Music all day from a live dj around the pool. Pool area is very nice with lots of different areas to sit or lay and enjoy the sun. Rooms are basic but very comfortable with good ac and soundproofing. Excellent water pressure and heat in the shower. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice. The pool menu is extensive and decent quality. Benidorm itself is an abomination. It’s dirty, feels dangerous and is full of out of control drunk ******. There is no way I would want either of my children to come to Benidorm especially my daughter."

"This was our first time staying at RH Victoria, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking a large part of Benidorm and the sea, which made our stay even more special. The entire staff deserves recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Everyone was genuinely friendly and contributed to a wonderful holiday experience. A special mention goes to Alain, one of the animators. What a great guy! Friendly, spontaneous, cheerful, and above all genuine. There is nothing fake about him—he is simply himself, and his positive energy is contagious. No matter the time of day, he was always smiling and making guests feel welcome. Animation is a role that is often underestimated, but Alain shows how much of an impact it can have on guests' enjoyment of their stay. We sincerely wish him every success in his future career and are confident that his authenticity, dedication, and enthusiasm will take him far. "Apart from the hill climb every single member of staff were fantastic friendly from check in to check out the pool was lovely a very good temp did not struggle to find a lounger the drinks were very good indeed and very strong Our room was floor 2 stunning two big doubles loved it the shower was fantastic good power and temp and room cleaned very well the food we did eat here was ok no problem at all we will def return big thank you to all of the team there"

"Visiting family in Spain and we always stay at Hotel Benidorm Centre, great value for money, great location on the doorstep of the old town and most importantly the staff are second to none. Special shout out to Cristina and Ali for the fun and work ethic but all the staff deserve special praise from reception to the cleaners. The only gripe i have is the new Seven Seas bar set up, the entrance really needs to be back on the corner of the bar facing the 4 way junction. The bar looks to enclosed in and more like a private bar. Ali spent quite a bit of time trying to get people in although it was busy for the Champions league final. I have included an actual pic of the new bar and an AI pic showing how it should be! Great friendly hotel and returning!"

"A good thing about it was a free safe and fridge room not too bad location is the best reason to stay Europe only two faults I could find there air conditioning was too far away from the bed in my opinion in a stupid place also when you put your card in to the light a outside light shows if you are in all out in my opinion a very bad idea"
