We stayed for 9 nights on a bed only basis and loved it. This is a mainly Spanish hotel, 6 floors only, near the old town. The 6th floor has a lovely, safe swimming pool area, great views across the town and lots of tables/chairs and loungers. Our room was large with a very large balcony, with a table and chairs and a couple of loungers. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Towels changed and room cleaned daily. As it is a traditional hotel the staff did not speak fluent English but they went out of their way to help, there were efficient and friendly. John (Juan) on reception was so kind to us. 7/8 min walk into the old town (downhill) and plenty of cheap taxies for the ride back. We found lots of places near by serving breakfast of all varieties. Cabaret style entertainment in the bar area, great coffee and drinks at very reasonable prices. We stayed in room 503, fantastic very, large bed, quiet at night as this is a residential area.

This hotel is catered for the Spanish alone, breakfast was disgusting, 2 days out of 6 there were beans cold ,never tomatoes , cold so called bacon, 1 day scrambled eggs drowned in water, some kind of sausages floating in 3inch of water, little fried eggs cold and thousands of boiled eggs. I was B+B thank god, no members of staff smiled or spoke to me once, 2 girls in the bar were brilliant, 90 % were elderly Spanish couples who never smiled except 1 lovely couple who apologies for the others ignorance, beds have water proof under bed sheets so you sweat all night not nice, I'm 64 this will not put me off Benidorm, stay away from this hotel, up to you.

Great value for money

It's a small 3-star hotel located slightly near the beach. I stayed there for 6 nights, including breakfast, lunch and dinner during the summertime. When I first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me a key with the room number and I believe they should replace the keys with smart/key cards to open the door, because almost all other hotels in Benidorm use them. It makes it a lot easier to open the door and due to the price that we have paid for us to stay in the hotel. The room was fine, but however, they gave us a room using a shower instead of a bath, our room did not provide a refrigerator, the walls seemed to be weak as we could earn people talking from the other side. When we arrived at the restaurant, it looked very small, there was a queue to enter and to collect the food. I had never seen this in a 3-star hotel before. It did not provide a range of food. Some food was alright, but I expected better and it seemed very repetitive. The staff/workers seemed that are required to wear a mask in the hotel. Almost everyone that I have seen had their mask on but wasn't covering their nose. This shows that they aren't taking their job seriously and doesn't show professionalism. I would much rather see them without a mask, because it's useless to wear it during this time. During night times, there was never a festival or something fun to entertain us, they just provided music. Overall, it seemed more like a 2-star hotel, it requires a lot of improvement and for the price is just not worth it, there are better hotels that you can go to. Had a couple of minor problems when we got there. Eg air con not working. I quickly found out the person to solve any problem was Juanjo. What a super efficient man he is. Always courteous, friendly nothing was too much trouble for him. He deserves to be the Manager. Thankyou Juanjo for your excellent customer sevice. The pool area was lovely and refreshing. The hotel is in a lovely area with a little park in front only 5 to 10 mins walk to beach down a slight hill. Never had food but the drinks were very reasonably priced. €2.90 for gin not sure on tonic prices. 6 san miguel in ice bucket €6 bargain. Can hire a fridge for room €5 a night well worth it. No kettle but coffee lovely and cheap at €1.50. An excellent stay at this lovely hotel would definately use again. Thankyou once again Juanjo for making our stay better.

El hotel es muy sencillo pero acogedor, está limpio, el personal es muy atento, amable y muy profesionales sobre todo una señora que estaba en los desayunos que siempre tenía una sonrisa y unas palabras amables para los huespedes. El buffet muy organizado y variado . El hotel desde la terraza no tiene vistas a la playa pero está a 400 metros de la playa de Poniente y de una calita muy bonita al lado de el mirador del Mediterráneo, desde allí sus vistas son impresionantes. Para disfrutar de una semana de descanso más que recomendable Relación calidad precio está muy bien

Lo pasamos Fenomenal, Mejor no a podido ser .Cena spectacular .conocer gente muy maja y hacerte amigos . Ay que venir aquí para saberlo . A todos Gracias Feliz año 2024 . Acabo de pasar unos días en el hotel Oasis Plaza de Benidorm y tengo que romper varias lanzas en favor de personal del hotel. En líneas generales, quisiera destacar la profesionalidad y buen trato de su personal, que si bien, el hotel es de tres estrellas, su personal se merece una calificación de un cinco estrellas, con lo cual, Concha puede estar tranquila que ha delegado en muy buenas manos la atención del hotel. Quisiera resaltar especialmente la profesionalidad y trato que hemos recibido por parte de Adriana, Andra, Sonia, Iliana, Miguel y David, que se han portado con nosotros como si fuésemos de su familia, pero de la buena. A su vez extiendo la felicitación a otros miembros de hotel y los nombrados personalmente lo son por ser con los que más trato hemos tenido. Un SOBRESALIENTE para el personal del hotel que entre todos hacen que la estancia haya sido muy agradable. También quisiera señalar una pequeña observación y sugerencia personal. Reconozco que no es un descontento sino una opinión personal y crítica por exceso de celo. Me ha parecido que, en su deseo de atención y de agrado a los clientes, Joaquín, digamos que "pone nervioso, irrita", tanto al cliente como al personal a su cargo. Creo que si no fuera tan excesivamente atento, tanto clientes como empleados se sentirían más libres y menos estresados y desarrollarían su función con mayor acierto. A mí me ha parecido que cuando están solos atienden al personal del comedor con mayor profesionalidad. Y vuelvo a repetir que por "exceso de agrado"; es como el camarero que tienes al lado y en cuanto bebes un sorbo te vuelve a llenar la copa. Por poner un pero, me agradaría que, como antaño, dentro de la animación del hotel hubiese esos ensayos de baile que se hacían por las tardes y luego se bailaban por las noches. En resumen, una calificación de tres estrellas oficial pero un ***** para el personal que nos atiende. El extractor hay que ponerlo nuevo y potente o asar las sardinas en la terraza. ¡Gracias a todos!
