Fab apartment very clean

We booked Apartment 3 being a 2 Bedroom, Kitchen/living-room which was very clean and beautifully furnished and fitted out, with large flat screenTVs in all 3 rooms, en suite main bedroom, set out as a double and the other a twin with separate Bathroom. Car parking was £10 a day extra with an extra charge if you wanted occupancy earlier than 3pm. Only ******* were relatively minor - having to use google maps to find exactly where the property was rather than a proper address being given, and in the main en suite a temperamental on/off button for the drench shower. However, the central location and quality of the property was excellent and such Staff as we met were very pleasant. Charles White

Gorgeous apartment, perfect for a stay with friends. Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds made in to twins and luxurious bedding, marble showers, Nespresso machine, big comfy sofas. Spotlessly clean. All top notch. Great attention to detail. Excellent location.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was perfect and centrally located. If we ever get back to St Andrews we will definitely stay here again. Apartment 4 was perfect for us. Loved the unique feel and high end finishes.

These are nicely furnished flats, perfect for a family stay or for a group of golfers playing in the St. Andrews area. We stayed in Apartment No. 4, which is on the top floor. This meant that we had to take our suitcases up (and eventually down) a couple flights of stairs, but in the end it was worth it. The apartment consisted of 2 large bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living room with a pullout couch. Everything was clean and thoughtfully thought through. The apartments have private parking for an additional fee. Our daughter is studying at University of St. Andrews, so I’m certain we’ll book No. 1 St. Andrews again.

Just returned from an overnight stay for my surprise birthday treat with my husband and our friends in this beautiful luxurious 2 double bed apartment. As soon as we walked in the door, it was a WOW from everyone . The decor and the finishings were of the highest standard from the two large sofas, beds, furnishings, en suite bathrooms, and kitchen accessories. All were spotless and looked brand new. The bottle of Prosecco and breakfast drinks basket were lovely touches too as was the guide book on where best to visit in Fife and 10% discount for a couple of local restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly helpful and efficient service we received from Dawid who went out of his way to help us from his initial meet and greet at check in to his follow up call on departure. We will definitely return to this superior apartment for its luxury and the friendly and helpful service from Dawid and his team and would highly recommend.

5* service with 5* accommodation with 5* communication with Dawid, property manager. When we arrived in St Andrews we received a call to advise that the apartment was ready and we could access it straight away. Dawid met us on arrival at the property and showed us around. Wow,wow,wow!! The apartment is stunning and spotlessly clean. The interior design is absolutely beautiful with comfortable sofas and beds. We were due to stay another night however our friend who is currently going through treatment for leukaemia took ill and we had to go home early. Dawid was very understanding and helpful and refunded the cost of the second night for us as well as allowing us extra time to vacate the property. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend these apartments and will definitely return. The apartments are spacious, so central to the shops, bars and restaurants too. Comfortable and well designed apartment, which is finished to a high standard and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and spacious beds, great showers and all in a superb location in the centre of St. Andrews. If I was forced to be critical, the only minor issues were a slight lack of shelf space in the bathrooms and sash windows that rattle in high winds. Hope to be back soon.

No1 apartments are truly luxurious. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment with 3 bathrooms. The apartment was extremely comfortable with everything we needed plus more. We stayed for two nights. The apartments are serviced and a lovely girl came into clean the day after we arrived. We were central for everything. The apartment was very comfortable and to a very high standard. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.
