I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately this did not live upto our expectations, from being told on arrival we would need to check out earlier than our 1pm check out time due to work being carried out in the hotel, which also caused us to not be able to go to the spa on the time we had booked due to this work. Not once were we told before hand or while booking that this was the case. We were then told they had emailed us prior to arriving stating this which wasn’t true. We then went to the spa and was welcomed with workers walking in and out from outside with dirty work boots and leaving outside doors open so it was freezing and all could smell was wet paint.

服務：蘇格蘭人相對熱情好多
設施：房內乾淨，大空間
食物：早餐選擇唔算多，但係新鮮
位置：揸車去到都算容易搵，不過真係好大風

蘇格蘭之行最驚喜的酒店，第一天前台的一個白人小哥非常熱情耐心，第二天碰到了一個黑人女孩會講簡單中文，很熱心幫我們溝通定球場，意大利餐廳的服務員態度也非常好，非常熱情，本來衹住一晚的酒店，第二天臨時決定又定一晚，總體體驗很棒，感謝

此行最滿意的酒店，高爾夫酒店服務特別熱情，早餐是自助，品類比較豐富，酒店連着海邊高爾夫球場，景色很美
