"Good Stay with Convenient Location
We had a good stay at Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC. The location is a big plus — very convenient and close to the train station, which made getting around the city easy.
The room was slightly dated but still clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The pool is quite small, so don’t expect much if you’re planning to swim. The gym, however, was decent and had everything we needed for a quick workout.
Staff were generally helpful and allowed us to store our bags before check-in, which was very convenient. One small downside is that water isn’t complimentary unless you're a Hilton Silver member or above. A useful tip: bring a refillable bottle and use the water station in the gym to stay hydrated.
Overall, a solid option for a convenient and comfortable base in DC."
"Hotel located near the National Mall and many of the Smithsonian museums. It’s 3 mins away from the Museum of the Bible.
It’s in a quiet area with minimal restaurants and cafe.
The complimentary breakfast is pretty good with free coffee and tea throughout the day and night."
Nico was super accommodating. He let us wheel our bikes straight back into our room so they didn’t have to stay outside. There were snacks and drinks out for us your arrival and he even made parking very simple for us. The garden out back was stocked with wood in the fire pit and a lighter. The location in Georgetown is within walking distance of all sort of shopping and eating destinations. We chose this place randomly only because my husband is called Poppy by our grandchildren. We got very lucky!
The room is super nice and the staff is so welcoming and got my husband and me upgraded to a room with a balcony which has the best view ever in town. The hotel has everything, gym room, swimming pool, restaurant, you name it. Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!
