Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance).

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมา! สภาพแวดล้อมน่าทึ่งและบริการที่เอาใจใส่และใจดีตั้งแต่แผนกต้อนรับจนถึงอาหารค่ํา  เป็นโรงแรมที่แปลกตาและเป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก (หรูหรา) ที่ซึ่งคุณสามารถผ่อนคลายได้โดยไม่ต้องวุ่นวาย! ไม่มีวิวพระอาทิตย์ตกของโดม  ข้อดีเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เท่านั้น ถ้าโรงแรมมีรถรับส่งรายชั่วโมงระหว่าง Fira และ Oia (โรงแรมอยู่ระหว่างกัน) เนื่องจากรถบัสเดินทางเพียงทางเดียว ซึ่งหมายความว่าคุณต้องไปที่ Oia ก่อนแล้วไปที่ Fira แล้วต่อรถบัสอีกคันเพื่อไปยังโรงแรมจาก Fira . I booked Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites less than 24 hours before checking in, and from the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every single member of staff from the managers to the team went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. As I was celebrating my 30th birthday and travelling solo, I mentioned it during my stay. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a private hot tub overlooking the pool and the breathtaking caldera. They also welcomed me with large bottles of water and a bottle of white wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had dinner at the hotel on my first night, and the food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned. The following day, the team even arranged a complimentary massage using high-quality products, which was incredibly relaxing and made me feel truly pampered. I also needed a late check-out, and they kindly allowed me to stay in my room until 1:00 pm at no extra charge, something I really appreciated. Although the hotel isn’t located in Oia or Fira, it’s perfectly positioned with stunning views towards both, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds while still being just a short drive from the island’s main attractions. The breakfast each morning was delightful, with a great selection including fresh fruit and yogurt and beautiful views to start the day. This was my first time in Santorini, and thanks in no small part to Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites, it certainly won’t be my last. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making my milestone birthday so special!

Overall we had a lovely stay at Ark Santorini. We stayed for 7 nights. Positives: Good size room and housekeeping was excellent throughout — room was always spotless, thank you to the housekeeping team. Negatives which left us disappointed on checkout: We were charged extra for water bottles. We only asked for 1-2 bottles per day whilst by the pool. There was an Evian bottle in the minibar fridge so we assumed the other non-branded bottles were complimentary. I have never stayed in a hotel where water is not provided, especially in this heat. We were also charged extra for Nescafé capsules with no communication that the coffee machine was not complimentary. We were given decaf capsules for breakfast which weren’t always used, so it felt petty to be charged for the ones we did use. The biggest issue was the blocked shower which leaked into the room almost every day. I raised this a couple of times and it was never rectified. We had to place lots of towels on the floor each time we showered to stop water travelling into the main bedroom. Breakfast / food was average. Lovely hotel overall but after 7 nights we wish we had left on a better note.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment at the meeting point all the way to arrival at the villa, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Evaggelia Jasmine, she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made mefeel right at home from the very beginning. She truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. The entire team was cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and you could really feel the passion they have for making their guests feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back! 🙏

I stayed at May Seven Suites Hostel during my trip to Santorini, and it was the perfect base for exploring the island. The place was clean, stylish, and modern, with a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Located in Megalochori but you can take a bus to Fira (where it is so convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the famous caldera viewpoints). The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming — great for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable yet boutique-style stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly but quality place in a great location!

ฉันใช้มันเพื่อฮันนีมูน พนักงานพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นมา ขอบคุณ!!! โดยรวมแล้วสวยแต่แอบกังวลนิดนึงเพราะความสะอาดไม่ค่อยดีมีฝุ่นสะสมในรายละเอียดบางอย่าง(ขอบฯ) แถมวันสุดท้ายเวลาบินเช้ามาก ทานอาหารเช้าไม่ทัน เลยขอรูมเซอร์วิส แต่มันแย่มาก อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์อร่อยมาก แต่เซอร์วิสเซอร์ที่เซอร์วิสคือขนมปังบางๆ สามชิ้นไม่ร้อน แยมเล็ก ๆ และกาแฟเย็น ๆ น้อย ๆ ..
