ผผู้เข้าพัก帶娃錯峯出遊，第一次選擇了帶温泉的酒店，因為要去南山竹海看大熊貓🐼，所以選擇入住了曲禪裏温泉度假酒店，整體體驗格外舒心。管家茜茜提前一天就聯繫了我，問了我的情況和需求～到達酒店後，被告知免費升級了房間，很驚喜～酒店環境雅緻，竹林環繞靜謐宜人，房間乾淨舒適，私湯温泉温暖愜意。管家茜茜服務貼心細緻，有問必答，有求必應，主動照顧孩子需求，安排周到。配套設施齊全，孩子玩得開心，整體輕鬆又治癒，是一次超棒的親子度假體驗。下次有機會還來～

ผผู้เข้าพัก環境：風格簡約乾淨，空調提前幫忙打開，整體體驗沒有任何問題 服務：朋友隱形眼鏡液沒帶，老闆還幫忙送了一小瓶自己的，非常感謝 早餐：有雞蛋水餃粥類粗糧 乾淨簡單 缺點：冬季上山，游泳池和户外設施沒開放。房間門外的小湯池也不好用非常冷，除非是一直加熱的。但是湯池蓋子可以蓋住了泡，沒有加熱也容易降温，或者做其他升級。 要不然實際體驗就是：良好的環境服務+乾淨的早餐+良好的住宿環境，其他額外附值的東西 冬天根本不能用，價格快小一千，夏天這個價格剛剛好，冬天性價比屬實有點不高，7-800還能接受，畢竟位置偏僻，各處需要成本。 冬天夜晚還有一些活動圍爐煮茶放煙花，但是抵達超過十點也會錯過了，冬天着實淒涼

MMeiluoxiawucha看了點評説連續九個月無差評才選的這裏，結果並不是我想象那樣。 2000多房價是給了別墅面積，山谷環境和非常熱情的接駁車司機。 槽點： 設施：剛入住就發現床尾尾凳搖啊搖，要求更換，説沒了衹能換兩個化粧凳，這個我接受，因為安全第一。 衞生：因為樓下有spa房，就泡澡去哪裡，並不使用馬桶，誰知喵了一眼發現沒有打掃乾淨，迅速通知管家，雖然馬上來人打掃並送了酸奶水果安撫，但心裏膈應。 療愈：這個是最大槽點！看中你是養心谷才來的，結果你的療愈是糊弄人的！你説是外包的我説了我不管，衹要服務好就可以，然鵝，療愈女老師全程無表情，看她的臉我就不能療愈！晚上音療就瞎敲幾下頌缽，對待客人毫無熱情禮貌可言，全程再度冰塊臉，以至於我們過了十分鐘就逃離了！這個療愈中心絕對是酒店敗筆！ 管家：沒有覺得管家有多熱情，而且感覺感覺管家微信是今天甲，明天乙在操作，沒有連貫性，沒有覺得被照顧到！建議你們好好和接駁車司機學習！他們的態度才叫服務！ 餐飲：有句説句，接待中心早餐還是優於主樓的， 少而精！還有海蔘藜麥粥，驚艷！歡迎水果比較差，黃瓜蔫的！其他水果也很一般。 總結，涵田這個國內品牌還是不夠優秀，有很多提升空間，特別是療愈中心好好整治一下，真的砸招牌，！

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

Sspaghetti076704整個親子行程體驗比想象的好很多誒～一開始打電話給前台問一些問題感覺前台非常不專業，感覺可能這個度假村不大行，結果實際體驗下來倒是還不錯的～ 管家是艾力，提前加了微信，也非常及時回覆我們所有的問題～雖然別墅區去哪裡都要接駁車，但是基本都不需要等，提前幾分鐘羣裏説一聲，很快就到了～ 度假村裡活動很豐富，手作有幾種選擇，很快就能做好，含金量比較低，我們做了扇子，錯過也不可惜～ 馬路隔壁牧場蠻可愛的，有小羊，羊駝還有小兔子，可以買胡蘿蔔喂～ 松果酒店門口有個無動力遊樂場，週六下午小盆友挺多的，小盆友們都玩得很開心～ 蹦床樂園衹能兩個人進，小朋友也很喜歡，説第二天還想去😂😂 温泉我們是晚上去的，裏面人不是很多，竟然還有麻將池，牌是齊的，還能直接搓麻將，真的滑稽。。 我們定的別墅兩居室真的太適合帶小孩來了，兩個小朋友都玩瘋，如果天熱一點還有個單獨的游泳池可以用，就更完美了！ 下次再來吧哈哈～
