With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

We want to highlight the work of the English-speaking assistant Angelia who supported us throughout our entire stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her help was absolutely invaluable—from check-in to handling any requests. She was always available, assisting with translation, recommending restaurants, and even helping with minor everyday issues. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Not too much westerns food at breakfast, mostly local food.

今年暑假的江浙滬高温天，讓人衹想躲進山裡。臨時決定帶娃自駕去溧陽天目湖，訂酒店時一眼相中了天目湖御水温泉森酒店——事實證明，這個選擇是整個旅程最正確的決定。 先説最讓家長省心的：酒店暑期打包的“景點+住宿”套餐，簡直是為我這種懶得做Excel攻略的懶人量身定製。套餐裏直接含了水世界、南山竹海等門票，省去了比價、排隊、擔心“踩坑”的時間。雖然這次衹來得及玩這兩個地方，但已經足夠讓孩子電量耗盡。 地理位置必須單獨誇：酒店離南山竹海景區入口步行也就五六分鐘，帶着吵着要坐小火車的小朋友，不用開車找車位、不用頂着烈日走遠路。 重點説説服務，網上好多評價説“管家服務是靈魂”，親測不虛。入住當天，王勤芳管家就主動加微信，發來詳細遊玩時間表和遊玩地圖。甚至連景點門票也是她幫忙預訂綁定，到了景點直接刷身份證，完全沒有手忙腳亂。她就像我們在陌生城市的一位“本地朋友”，把瑣碎和不確定性都擋在了門外，留給我們的衹有遊玩的精彩時刻。 到店後更是處處被照顧到：早餐的烏米飯和熱點，品種不算頂級奢華，但勝在現做熱乎，有專門的小童取餐區；每晚酒店都會有暖胃夜粥（綠豆百合或南瓜小米輪流換），玩累了回來喝上一碗，比外賣舒服一百倍。所有工作人員見到小朋友都會蹲下來打招呼，退房時娃還主動要跟前台阿姨説再見。 總之，如果你也是帶學齡前或小學低齡娃的自駕家庭，這家酒店屬於“住了不後悔，後悔沒多住一晚”的類型。下次來，一定要補上温泉和竹海漂流。

節前來的情人節旅行，印象里民宿的衞生都會有問題，這家從衞生、設施配備到服務都配得上這個價，很乾凈很安靜，房間有地暖，泡池會提前消毒，晚上十一點半發現吹風機會過熱保護，管家小竹姐姐都休息了也及時給我們換了新的吹風機。因為懶得出門，我們在民宿點的晚餐，性價比一般（建議開車出去吃），紅燒肉肥肉佔多，口味偏淡，魚頭湯和葱燒排骨好吃。吃完飯去了酒館聽歌，圍着柴火爐吃烤紅薯（烤紅薯很甜很好吃）。總之體驗很棒，隱居山林享受幽靜的氛圍。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

南山和園開元名都温泉度假村好評（家庭親子出行） 這次帶孩子入住和園親子主題套房體驗超棒！ 衞生：客房打掃得十分細緻乾淨，床品整潔無異味，角落也沒有灰塵，住着安心舒服。 環境：度假村整體景緻雅緻清幽，園林氛圍感拉滿，安靜愜意，很適合親子放鬆度假。 服務：重點表揚管家小徐，熱情貼心，有需求響應特別及時，全程周到耐心，服務體驗滿分。 設施：温泉配套完善，親子房型童趣十足，大部分設施都很新，僅少數小細節可以優化，整體非常滿意。 整體出行體驗遠超預期，親子度假首選，下次還會再來入住！
