L’hôtel Royal Jinene sousse est facile d’accès
Il possède un parking pour les voitures gratuit pour les personnes habitant l’hotel.
L’accueil est très bien le personnel est poli et serviable.
Les repas sont bons.
L’hôtel possède une piscine d’extérieur et une piscine d’intérieur.
La plage est en face de l’hôtel l’accès est facile et rapide .
La chambre est propre , comme je l’avais demander lors de ma réservation je voulais la vue sur la mer j’ai eu droit à une chambre au 5eme et dernier étage de l’hôtel avec une belle vue sur la mer.
Juste l’équipement est un peu ancient c’est tout ce que j’avais remarqué.
Je le recommande et j’y retournerai.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds very clean great views of pool and sea great entertainment good food and very friendly staff fabulous indoor pool and outdoor plenty to do or just relax by the pool nice fellow who does the entertainment talks to everyone and gets you up to dance

Had a great time with family at friends at this lovely place. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful making sure everyone and everything is as it should be. Would recommend this place for both kids and adults as there’s something for everyone including the indoor heated pool and beach a minutes walks away. The food is great with a different selection everyday and the evenings at the bar are filled with music and activities.

Pros and cons Firstly Pros!! Our checking was good and easy The receptionist was friendly The room was very nice and spacious Food was very basic but okay The indoor pool was very nice and warm Beach is lovly on your doorstep The waiter in the restaurant was a gentlemen call Murad He was very friendly and looked after us The manager kimo He was friendly Location is okay Better to use bolt app For travelling much cheaper Beautiful weather at this time of the year It was 25 degrees onwards Cons The hotel need a good Refurbhisment The cleaner came every day Never once made the bed Just gave clean towels and emptied the bin One day we had no towel We went and ask for one I’m sure she gave us a used towel which smelled of ciggerettes The lifts are not working properly Not friendly for elderly and mothers with little children’s Food is not much for our British tourist More for locals The view of our bedroom was okay Bit of a sea view and waste land Overall Tunisia is a very nice place to visit and to relax Souuse is nice and so is port al kantui To relax and chill The boat trips are very nice too And shopping in souk madina

We where there for 10 days and and I found my love for Tunisia, The beach and the city are impressive!! The hotel is very nice too. The food is very delicious and the employees are very nice!! I come next year again!❤️

Very shocked that the Royal hotel Jinene is classed as four star. Walked into smoking lobby with yellow stain everywhere. Yellow net curtains every where … look like there haven’t been washed for years! Booked 7 days at this hotel from 19th April to 26th April 2024. No entertainment, nothing to do here. Surrounding area including the pool, private beach and garden are badly neglected. Very dirty and not maintained at all for the past 20 years! Very old and worn out furniture. Foods are very limited. Nothing for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free people to eat. Have had to make do eating the same dish every day. No ice cream and jelly provided. No various of foods to eat for the kids. Fresh fruits are very limited. Only strawberries, peaches and oranges are on offer. Surprised that they do not provide bananas and other tropical fruits. No thought or consideration given to provide a separate room for non smoker and children to relax and enjoy the hotel without breathing in the toxic smoke that filled the air in the lobby/reception area. Very poor internet connection - always a hit and miss! Bedroom are clean but very outdated. Won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Entertainment every night with variety for adults and kids. Food is very good and very good facilities around the pool like a bar for drinks, snacks and a slide.

Walking in is like taking a step back in time. That said you couldn’t wish for nicer people. From bar staff to restaurant staff and lifeguards around the pool. Everyone is happy and smiley. Kimo the entertainment manager makes the hotel. He brings everyone together. Solo travellers will soon have new family so don’t worry if you’re coming on your own. We have met a beautiful bunch of people who hand truly made our holiday.

Great holiday for the two of us. Kimo was brilliant, he's the man to make the holiday entertaining. Food is nice and all of the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel. The room is really spacious and lots of storage for clothing etc.
