Good view, good location, good service!
We meet their staff Noemi at front desk, she is very nice and helpful! Very good experience! Will definitely come back again!

房間很不錯，大的有點空曠，但是kingsize bed還是兩個床墊拼在一起的，我不喜歡這個，酒店bar位置非常棒，景色優美，酒調的也好。總體服務很熱情，但是reception有一位工作人員讓我感到不舒服，當我想定shuttle bus的時候，他反覆強調此項服務僅針對住店客人，而我明明已經和他説了我住在酒店，我不確定他的反覆強調是base on我是亞洲人還是base on我穿的很草率，總之讓我感到不適。希望加強員工培訓。

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is expensive, but well worth it! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay luxurious and special. The concierge contacted us before our arrival and set up our transfers to/from the hotel and our cabana rental. The concierge also made restaurant reservations for us in the city while we stayed there. The restaurants on the property were all great, although I'll admit that I'm not a 4-hour dinner kind of girl, which is what our meal at the Michelin Star Otto Geleng restaurant was, but the rest of our group was in heaven. This was our last stop on a 16-day Sicily vacation, and the perfect way to end on the highest note possible.

The views are amazing and the location is great but Belmond needs to invest in a refresh if they want to command top dollar for this property.

I would highly recommend this Property to anyone who values a wonderful Sicilian experience. The surroundings are wonderful. The Staff is fantastic. The service fantastic.

My husband and I went for a late afternoon drink on the terrace of Bar Timeo overlooking Mt Etna and all the stunning surroundings. The staff and service were exceptional, especially our server Fabio. He was extremely friendly and hospitable and spoiled us completely. We left there saying it was one of the best things we did in Taormina.

Excellent experience- perfect service & exceptional food . Location & grounds create serenity in a location that is central to all amenities. We had a vegetarian, pescatarian & meat eater in our party - everyone was sooo happy . Breakfast a delight . Service with smiles & everything considered.
