Hermoso. Bello ambiente, muy rica comida y excelente servicio

Pools were perfect for children. We loved everything about the pools!! The slide was fun and they have movie outdoors each evening. Hotel lobby was very nice. Our room was ok, beds were uncomfortable and the food at the resort was awful. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful with absolutely everything.

My son is 12 and he absolutely loved it here. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Shuttles to parks were easy to navigate and the water slide and lazy river were so much fun! You do have to pay to rent a tube so if you have one at home bring it!

The property was well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. My family and I used the pools, dining facilities, transportation, gym and even the hot tub. All of this while heading to the parks everyday. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Dirty linens. Found bed bugs on one of the beds. Told them snd fhey just dropped new bedding on the floor, didn't even make the bed. Overcharged me by 349 dollars and just applied it towards the wnd of the stay and put the balance on my room key. I understand mistakes happen but i had to point all these things out. I never recieved an apology or an offer of gratuity or a consulation as an apology. With hiw much i spend - multiple thousands of dollars every 3 months - on these hotels alone let alone the amounts i spend at the parks - im for sure part of the 10 percent that equates to the hotels True revenue stream. They say 90 percent of any given hotels revenue comes from 10 percent of the customers Almost always repeat customers. I definitely feel like a nunber here. It would be nice if they offered to make it right. Never had this issue wt Dockside...

Loved the bowling ally. We enjoyed a few drinks and bowled, then grabed an icecream cone afterwards.

Hotel has cute theme and plenty of room at pool. Lots of fast food type food choices. No sit down restaurant. Decor starting to look a little shabby in room. Checkout at 11 but maid ENTERED our room at 10:45. 😳

Love this property. Great option for our family. Next to Volcano Bay. Easy transportation to and from parks. Great ammenitites.

They gave us a free upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. Texting with the front desk was really convenient. Usually when I had questions or needed. Help with some thing. Our shower was only giving us hot water and the fix was quick.
