Excellent hotel with good positioning. The restaurants are also very good quality. Especially Spectrum. I had small misunderstanding what is included in my reservation, nevertheless was fixed.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the heart of Sofia. It's a large hotel with multiple lift lobbies and large meeting/ event rooms everywhere. The private spa and gym accessible with a fee is world class with a range of equipment and experiences that would shame most hotel spas in northern Europe. NYE dinner at the Vienna Restaurant was very well planned..They even had a crèche for younger children with games and activities organised all evening in a room next to the restaurant. Thoughtful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Recommended, especially the spa. Only annoyance were the temperamental lifts and electronic room doors that didn't quite work. Overall, excellent stay. Recommended.

Amazing hotel. Loved my stay here but staff ruined it for me. Very unaccommodating and was very uncomfortable to speak too them

I didn't know the spa was separate and had to incur a fee just to use the sauna. There was no shampoo or conditioning products in the changing room in the spa. The air conditioning was a bit hot and we had to call the engineer to lower the temperature (not very environmentally friendly) but at least our concerns were addressed quickly. Thanks

Great 5-star hotel close to main pedestrian areas of the city (National Palace of Culture, the pedestrianized area of Vitosha, etc.)

Everything was perfect, except for the bed being a bit too hard. I also didn’t bring a blazer with me which exclude me from the restaurants.
